Guy's, my baby momma's daddy knows a guy who knows a worker who works for ups and says that the iphones in kentucky will be delivered tomorrow. My brothers friend who has a sister working for apple also heard the same thing.
.... i know, im making fun of the situation and its my first post but im just as anxious as yall. im constantly refreshing this page and the ups page. i feel for you all who ordered it on the 8th and it has not shipped, that sucks. i almost bought it from at&t, but i figured apple was a better chance of getting it on time. i plan to leave the authorization form so that ups can leave it at my door tomorrow, if in fact they deliver it tomorrow as some speculate (i highly doubt it, but who knows).... lets hang in there people and lets see if we can reach 10,000 comments.

Just called UPS. My package is sitting in KY, ordered direct from apple.com.
He flat out told me that UPS and Apple had arranged for all the phones to be delivered at the "same time" rescheduling my delivery date from 6/18 by 10:30am to 6/19 by 10:30am. I know that UPS told some people tomorrow, but I was not told that.

Well I'm almost 100% positive my phone will be at the AT&T store at 7am on Friday.
The phone left Dallas today and arrived at the large UPS hub an hour from my house. I believe it will be driven to my city this afternoon and then delivered to the AT&T store tomorrow.
Unless the UPS truck blows up, I think I'm all set.

This is my first Apple product so it better be worth the extra wait.

our iphones are sharing a trip together...yours prolly hates mine ..im kinda annoying sometimes.
No, I have no date... and I called UPS and they said scheduled delivery is the 22nd
Same thing here. Mine was shipped today, and I have the same UPS flight from China information as others have posted. My 'item has been shipped' email from Apple says delivers by the 23rd.
I called UPS, and they said it is IMPOSSIBLE that it will deliver by the 19th, given that it just got picked up by UPS today.
They also said that they have no information about the delivery being specified for delivery on the 19th...what is going on here?
Nothing is guaranteed unless you pre-paid it. They may have tons of phones and there will be one there for you when it's your turn in line, but I don't see how Apple retail can be guaranteed.
Wait for tonight.
Maybe you'll get tracking info sometime today...
Hopefully I will to as mine it "prepared for shipment" That status was updated last night sometime after 7pm EDT so I'm thinking that's when I'll see it again and hopefully get a tracking number.
uhm... okay, my phone was in Louisville this morning, with the hold and the delivery exception, now, Louisville is gone off of my tracking record all together and back to saying it will be delivered on the 18th... what is going on?! Did my phone pack up and go back to China?!
Relax people. If you ordered the day of the keynote (like I did), and you're still at "Preparing for shipment" (like I am), it will probably stay that way until they ship it tomorrow for overnight delivery on Friday, the 19th, which is what they promised. No sense in calling Apple/UPS/AT&T/FedEx/Your Mom and complaining about not receiving something two full days before you were told you'd receive it.
