Just received my AT&T call. They said it would be ready at 6 A.M. so I asked them if it was correct and they realized their mistake.
How many other people are still sitting in KY? What shocks me.. and it may just not be updated... is it's actually been in KY since the 16th [regardless of what it says, it was updated quite a lot and the times changed], but other peoples have left to even NJ, etc.

For those of you that will not be at home to personally receive your UPS package, did Apple provide an "Electronic InfoNotice" to print, sign, and leave for the driver? As valuable as the phones are, drivers will not be leaving the phones on your doorstep as if it's a book...
My UPS tracking detail looks identical to Zerase's including time. Came on the same plane. And has been sitting in the same warehouse in KY.

Mine is also "Shipment Information sent to FedEx". Hope they update soon and I do get it on the 19th. It has been stuck at "Shipment information sent to FedEx" for 12 hours now. I am worried, but still think we will get them.

Yea but the anticipated ship date is today.. Granted there's 6 hours left for it to ship in that timeframe, but I don't really hear of fedex picking up and immediately shipping stuff in the evening.
I am in the same boat ChocoboLee..I ordered mine on the 9th and just had the status updated to shipped but no tracking info.
They offered a "pre-sign" form which you can leave for the UPS driver. It had the caveat that it's the drivers discretion whether to leave the package though.

Good deal, I would recommend anyone expecting a phone from UPS to do the same...UPS drivers will not be allowed to leave iPhones like a normal package per Apple's guidelines for chance of theft...
If you log into your Apple acct. there is a link to waive signature. I wouldn't do it though. No telling who'll be trailing FedEx and UPS drivers tomorrow waiting for them to just leave at the front door b/c the owner waived sig.
If you won't be home to sign you can pick up at the station in the evening. I know w/ FedEx if you call AFTER the delivery attempt they'll tell you approx. when they expect the driver to return to the station.
if there is a jailbreak out, would it be better to bypass activation than activate through itunes? Maybe to be able to get the lower 20$ data plan instead?
