You'll be fine. Thats how UPS works. Planes come in late, go through sort quickly, and fly back out to hubs for early morning on trucks.

just got off the phone and UPS claims the KY shipment that arrived on the 16th is apparently stuck in customs. and has not cleared yet.
of course i was told in my last two phone calls that it cleared in alaska, and it cleared in KY.
gotta love all the conflicting information. if you hear anything different, let's hear it. right now UPS website shows it in KY, held due to future delivery date.
UPS is being very careful in saying "guaranteed delivery on the 19th, pending customs clearance".

I think Apple may have requested some or all of the tracking information be delayed. Maybe to keep people from getting pissed when they see that the iphone was sitting at the UPS shop down the road for a couple of days.
Just a guess. I know that's probably not UPS's way of doing business, but Apple obviously has some pull in this case.

that has not Called Apple or AT&T Fedex and UPS every 15 minutes lol I think if I was one of them I would loose the shipment just for spite. seriously my phones are not supposed to be here till tomorrow I will wait too see what tomorrow brings before bugging these company's. yes I have checked the tacking online etc but looking up plan flights etc etc.. wow!!! just cool down see what Friday brings.

FedEx/UPS ship millions of packages a day. Often tracking information isn't updated. Scanning is done automatically at FedEx/UPS plants. Sometimes the barcode doesn't scan in correctly and nothing gets updated. The tracking system is horrible. It is for every package, not just with your guys iphones. I bet almost every one of you will receive your iPhone tomorrow if you ordered before the 12th.
I know you are paying more attention to this tracking, but check some of your older shipments... how many times has FedEx/UPS ever updated their tracking consistently? Just last week I looking at tracking for a package and it sat in California for 4 days with billing information received, and was sitting at my doorstep when I came home from work the next day...

This is 100% not true. You'll get the phone tomorrow, trust me. The tracking data UPS has is waaaay more detailed than what they give out to the customer. The phone is probably in your city right now. If it was held by customs it would say something different than "UPS will attempt to deliver on the date requested". You'll wake up tomorrow and it will be there. No need to call UPS.
Sometimes their customer service will just B.S. you because they either dont want to do the work or because they have a million people calling about the phones.
