32GB Shipping notice received. Yay. SF by Wednesday? We'll see. At least it's _almost_ in the air.
I've got two identically rescheduled iPhone deliveries pending, due 6/17/09.
Meanwhile, my MBP 13" Is en route from Sacramento...due to deliver tomorrow? I'll get it either 20 or 44 hours after ordering...
maybe I'm being pessimistic.

Well now this is just getting out of hand.
Sometimes when I load the page it gives me an expected delivery of either June 17th or 18th. And sometimes it gives me a "rescheduled" delivery of June 16th. WTH?

As I was reading this thread, I received an e-mail from Apple.. Looks like mine won't arrive until next Monday even though I ordered on the 8th.
Update.. checked the UPS Tracking Information, and it says "Rescheduled for Delivery on the 17th". Hmmmm...

Also ordered on the 8th, from Apple, 16GB - Black .. No update yet.
I'm curious how others who ordered days later are getting shipment notifications, some of them even promising days early and mine hasn't updated at all.
I ordered the second the Apple Store came back online.
I guess if its not updated by tomorrow, I'm canceling and saving myself $400+.
Same as mine. It just bounces back and forth. Hopefully the plane is on-time or early and there are no hiccups along the way.
I'm going to bed and we'll see where it's at tomorrow morning.

In the last half hour, my delivery status changed from 6/17 to 6/16. I can guarantee you that it will arrive on Friday. Seems like there are a bunch of Chinese guys in a warehouse in Shenzhen reading the MacRumors forums and Laughing their asses off....

Interesting note on different delivery dates. Mine shows delivery date of the 17th, but if I log into my UPS account and view tracking, it shows delivery on the 18th.
I think the 17th is the earliest possible.. the flight itself is around 12 hours, then add time to clear customs (another 2-12 hours), then get sorted, then the flight from the port of entry to the nearest local airport to you, then the drive to the nearest hub, then get sorted.. etc.

I just got my shipment notification from Apple (ordered shortly after the keynote on the 8th) - the email says "Delivers by: Jun 22, 2009" but when I go to the UPS tracking it says "Rescheduled Delivery: 06/17/2009." Having it delivered at the office where I work.
Current tracking says "Billing Information Received" and "Origin Scan" at Shenzhen, CN. Service: Express. Product: World Ease.

Apple has paid UPS for a guaranteed date delivery service, and sent the packages express. They could have sent them via a slower service, yet still date guaranteed and gotten them delivered on Friday.
Apple also told us that the phones would arrive BY the 19th. Apple has since changed their new pre-orders to be delivered ON the 19th. That is a huge difference.
All signs point to us getting the iPhones per UPS's scheduled dates.

Same deal here, ordered on the 9th, email says "by the 22nd," UPS says "on the 16th." Plus it hasn't changed at all, 16th every time.
Still haven't gotten word of a departure scan from cn, and if one doesn't come through son it's going to be physically impossible for them to deliver it tomorrow. So we shall see if it's true or not soon enough
