Dude Jack, Kate, Sawyer and dead locke all need Iphone 3gs's. It would just signify ANOTHER connection between them all.

You can. Use Flight Aware or any other number of sites. But you would have to figure out which plane was UPS or Fedex. All boats and planes are registered during their journey, unless they are Somali pirates of course.
Online. Someone mentioned above using wireless number and billing zip code to check, but that didn't work either. Lunch break... I'm going to go call right now.
I was secretly hoping that complaining about it here would somehow turn the wheels of karma, and magically update my status--saving me from making a call. But no such luck.
Kind of odd that yours got scanned into SHENZHEN twice. Still I would not worry, your estimated delivery date is still the 17th.

So I'm in the same boat with others who ordered very early on the 8th and got the 19th as the SHIPPING date. I also received an email on the 9th assuring me that the order would arrive on the 19th.
Well as of today (Tuesday at 12pm EST / 6/16) the order still stays NOT SHIPPED. Now I realize how fast a package can actually get here from China, but something certainly got messed up with these orders. Apple has told me that they still stay Friday.
I just called my credit card company and Apple charged my card yesterday. So, I don't know what the deal is. But it would seem to me if they charged they need to be getting this out soon.
At the end of the day if I have to wait until next week, whatever. But to say on the website the 19th, to clarify the 19th in an apology letter and then to miss it, is just not great service.

In order to guarantee a date specific delivery, UPS has the packages arriving through customs as a single unit/pallet. Once they clear customs, they will be broken down regionally and then individually.
Oh yeah, I can wait for a phone, especially since I have an iPhone next to me right now.

I've never had a problem with AT&T but this is my first iPhone, so I am slightly more edgy about this order than any other one I've made with them.
Someone recently mentioned the idea of many getting shipped from within the states. I think this is highly likely. Many of us haven't seen any new information come up yet, so I think they may be doing that. I think they also mentioned priority is next-day for FedEx (something like that)... Makes sense.
Either way, Apple has confirmed countless times orders placed up till tomorrow are arriving Friday. No need to fear late delivery!

San Francisco to Hong Kong nonstop is about 14 1/2 hours. The return is usually faster because of the jet stream, so figure about 12 hours and 45 minutes or thereabouts. However, there are probably several planes involved and they're going to one or two UPS central distribution hubs. As I recall, FedEx sends all their shipments to Atlanta for redistribution across the country. I don't know how UPS handles the logistics.

Will you let me know what customer service tells you? I called the premier customer service (866-499-8008) and they told me it "may" ship out on the 18th to be delivered to me by the 19th (I paid extra for overnight shipping), otherwise, it would be Monday!

I called att and the supervisor of customer care said that he doesnt know much because it all depends on the store. my concern is that i pre ordered, and some one who camps out will get one before me?! while im waiting 2 weeks. Whats the point of reservation?! So what I wanted to know is, lets say my specific unit i pre-ordered hasn't arrived yet, could i have one of the phones that are first come first serve? he said he would take care of it. I told him my local store is useless and the general manager doesn't know sh**. he puts me on hold.. calls the att store in the mall with apple as its neighbor. he tells me the manager at the store said "every phone that comes on friday are first come first serve and if i decided to get in line and wait for one i would pay 399 AND my pre-order would not be refunded." He then told me"you wont be getting your phone on friday and neither will most people who pre-ordered . the first batch is first come first serve, when yours is ready att will send you an email and give you a call." The supervisor of customer care was shocked! he himself said it wasnt right. but idk anything is possible.
i agree. i pre-ordered in-store from at&t on june 11 and the order status, as of this morning, shows the official move to "shipped" for all three of the 32 gigs that i ordered. im going to call the local at&t rep who gave me her work cell to see if she can actually track it through their system. hope its good news for all of us that pre-ordered before the 13th

I refresh each tab every 5 minutes.

i just called Apple Online Store Customer Service because I ORDERED MY PHONE ON THE 8TH and it STILL HASN'T SHIPPED YET!!! I think it's absolute BULL SH*T that people who ordered after me have had their phones shipped already! So when i talked to the guy, he said that no phone will be delivered before the 19th. They said they'll be delivered on the 19th and no sooner so I dunno.
