i pre-ordered the 13th too! i was on the phone for an hour. extremely pissed off! how the hell does it make more sense to serve the guy who decided, "hey maybe i'll wake up early and get an iphone tomorrow." then the guy who was here a week ago and paid in full? i dont care i will go there friday and raise hell! or as tom cruise would say "scorched earth mother fu**er!!"

Umm.. scheduled to arrive on 6/17 means that the package is to arrive at my address on 6/17. there's no getting it to the US and breaking it down and them distributing on Friday. I've ordered with UPS before and the schedule to arrive date is always the day it arrives at my doorstep, even when I order stuff coming from China. If it was to arrive later due to breaking it to down to regional, it would have that date instead.
Still no movement, and likely no 19th delivery!!!
I had read earlier that some orders are shipping from within US. I doubt that, and I also doubt I will be seeing an iPhone on Friday. Reason being is that ATT has no clue what the other hand is doing. I would bet 99% Apple orders are filled on or before the 19th, and much fewer ATT orders get filled.

The fact that the ordering/shipping/tracking info is all over the place tells me this process if FUBAR from the start. Also what annoys me is when I ordered mine online I tried to order one for my wife as well and it kept coming back saying only one pre-order per household. Yet some people on here are saying they order 2 or 3 at one time.

Same status here.. except ordered on the 9th and delivering to Philadelphia. Apple rep told me this morning that everything with my order is OK and I will have it by Friday via FedEx. I'm content with that. Already queued up 40+ apps and bought the accouterment.
Finally another Philadelphian, and one with the same order status as me (although I ordered on the 8th). Apple's Jonestown shipment facility is about an hour and a half from philadelphia (and its fedex), so it makes sense that we will get ours from FedEx, and that it hasn't been shipped yet.
to tell them to hurry! The 17th is too far away. I want it now!
Mine just changed to prepared for shipping! But it still says that it will ship out on the 19th and arrive the 22nd. But i did get the email from apple assuring me ill get it the 19th. And they did upgrade me yesterday to priority shipping. Oh, I ordered mine 2 hours after the store came up on the 8th, shipping to Indiana.
I'm pretty sure they are shipping some from inside the US too.

Additionally, those that ordered from Apple (even up until tomorrow) will be seeing their phones on Friday.
I just spoke to Apple with the same issue. I ordered mine just after the keynote from the Apple website. I was told that some orders are showing as shipped already because they're coming from "far away." Other orders, like mine, will show a later shipping date because they're coming from "closer." I pressed him on that and he told me that some orders are shipping from China and some are coming from within the US. Specifically, for me, from Georgia. Figure that one out.
At any rate, he said that although mine has not yet shipped, it will ship from "closer" and be in my hands on Friday.
AT&T Premier Shipments
Does anyone know that shipments ordered online from AT&T Premier are shipped directly to a store before they are shipped out to the customer or do they just go directly to the address specified? I assume, if they ship it to a store first, they would just pick an AT&T Store closest to your shipping address? Seems odd that they would waste the time of shipping it to a store before shipping it to customers? You would think everyone that pre-ordered online at Apple or AT&T before the 13th, would get their phones at the same time? This is turning into a cluster-****!

Hopefully thats the case for me too, since mine still hasn't shipped and I ordered it on June 8th. I am in Florida.
I just called UPS (surprised no one did that yet) the lady told me the package shows NO HOLD what so ever on it and there is no reason it shouldnt be delivered HOWEVER, it wont be here till thursday the 18th (originally it says the 17th, tomorrow) because it must go through customs. She said more than likely thursday before 10:30AM.
That was about four hours ago if that is Hong Kong local time. Hopefully its somewhere over the ocean right now.

How are you reading it that way? Looks to me like it departed China at 7PM and arrived in HK at 11PM?
im going to be a new customer to at&t with a family plan of 3 iphones and one non-iphone line. in order to do this, i physically had to go to the at&t store to order more than one per household. you found out that you can only do single line orders online.
