Having a hard time understanding why those who pre-ordered from Apple are causing themselves these heart attacks? YOU'LL HAVE YOUR PHONE BY FRIDAY.
Don't take my word- give them a call. They'll confirm the same.
And people can STILL pre-order from Apple, as we speak, and have it delivered by Friday.

Well last I checked on here it was page 14 and it has really exploded since then so have people concluded that some models are shipping before others?1
I have a 16gb White shipping to me, but it hasnt shipped yet.. I noticed most of the 32gbs were the ones that have been shipped so far, have I missed 16gbs in there?

ugh..really irks me that even though i ordered on june 8th, a good 6 or so hours after the WWDC, i still have the status "not yet shipped" on my apple account..there are SO many people on here who ordered after june 8th that are already getting theirs shipped..i hope my status changes some time today...

Yes, different parts of the country and being shipped via different methods and that's fine. But if two people across the road from me have their tracking numbers and I don't then your argument doesn't hold water.

It depends, when did they order compared to you? Maybe they were placed into a UPS route prior to you ordering, or visa versa with you being in a FedEx route before them.
They usually try to redeliver over the next few days, only 3 times before it is shipped back. But not sure UPS's policy on the weekend.
I have mine being shipped to my work so if its not here on friday, I am SOL until monday anyway.

I'm releived to see that my order through Apple.com has been changed from 'standard' to 'priority' and that my status is changed from 'Not yet shipped' to 'Prepared for Shipment'.
I'm not really concerned as far as getting it early (which would be a nice suprise), I just want it here by the 19th atleast so ihave all fathers day weekend to play with it!

i wonder why my ship status is express. it says i get it on 17th
I believe they will attempt 3 deliveries, then hold for 5 days at the local UPS hub, and only then send it back.
