You call the number for status automated says : Preparing to ship
You call the sales rep they say not shipping until friday
The web site says backordered...

Oh, I see. Apple rep, when checking on order status, said it would be shipping Fedex, but then...it was an Apple rep I spoke with.

On page 67 the guys specifically states that he is talking about the shipment of his iPhone case, NOT an iPhone
Anyways, 25 minutes until flight 63 lands!
It still might ship FedEx. We don't know that UPS won't give it to FedEx once it entered the gran' ol' country.

Did yours originally show a ship on June 19th date?
I ordered a few hours after WWDC was over on Apple.com and my order status still says "Prepared for Shipment"
Seems like more people that ordered from ATT's site as opposed to Apple.com are getting tracking numbers.
