i ordered from apple.com Jun 9, 2009 at 07:45 PM PDT

still showing Standard Shipping and havent been charged anything on my credit card.


just thinking since i was an earlier buyer that i dont have a tracking number because it may have already been sitting in USA nearby and wont ship til tomorrow or thursday in order to arrive on friday?

You need to jailbreak your phone to get that case to work as it is not compatible with 3GS.

Ordered from ATT instore - getting tracking numbers
Ordered from ATT online - getting the shaft.

Yeah.

I ordered June 11th using ATT premier ...not a thing not even an email lol it keeps saying backordered...ATT sucks what can I say

I had a hold on my card for a week for the amount of money that my iPhone cost. Today, it has been dropped for some reason (probably because it was on hold for a week). Had to call AT&T and, as usual, made me go to the store I ordered from. All they said was I might get a free iPhone. I still think they are gonna loose my order.

Guys, you need to go back through the posts and read.

Is there an Admin or someone here who can make a sticky post with details about UPS tracking, UPS flights, Apple and ATT orders, etc? Many of the same questions are asked over and over.

Won't happen, it's been going on since the thread started. Ya got people claiming this and that about the shipments that have no clue. Hundreds of posts asking or stating the same thing. Funny, someone posted earlier that this is about the be the largest thread in history or something on the site but if you were around from the beginning of the thread you can pretty much figure out that maybe 1/4 or less of the posts have actually had any real substance.

Not to say that is has not been entertaining at times though.

are you sure you are reading it right? are u sure it is ot 0.5 kg? and not 0.5lbs? .5 kg is about 1 pound

I went through this Sat. I noticed the authorization for the correct amount was there and my bank reserved the money from my available funds. It is a debit/credit card. So the money showed up back in my account as available. I've been checking every day and the money is still there.

ATT store staff told me Sat. that I would be charged again when it shipped. Well it shipped but the money has not be taken from my account or taken out of my available balance.

I wish they didn't handle the original transaction this way. I read somewhere that Apple sometimes just charges a dollar to see if the credit card is viable, and then reverts it until it ships. Why they charge the whole amount and then had to have it revert is beyond my understanding.

So, I too hope that the reversion of money back into my account does not foul things up. The ATT staff seemed confident it would not. Let us hope they know what they are talking about.
