Hello Macrumor Peoples???
I would like to inform you that MobileMe is Officially Up. Yesterday I Have Talked to an Apple Employee and He Said That it would be up By 9 am. Today. Well, That means about 1 and 1/2 Hours Here. So It Should Be Up And Stay Up Now.

I get the unavailable page now.

Just a suggestion but to make push work all the applications eg mail, ical, address book or at least the mac os would have to be updated the mobile me update released thus far only changes text and pictures and all instances of @mac. Would that be the reason ?? :confused:
 
Is it just me or have they pulled the "Share File" option. Can't seem to find it. Too bad, that's the one thing I was really looking forward to!!

Otherwise it's running for me, but dog slow even with the latest Webkit.

yeah, back down. Maintenance screen back up. I also have trouble with it in Safari, but not Firefox now. Also, iCal on my Mac does get anything I do on my iPhone, even though me.com gets it.

Not sure whether it's just screwed up now or what, but will wait. No need to panic at all.

Yes it works, but horribly slow.

I stared at my ical like a shmuck for 6 minutes until the stupid event finally moved position. like magic. woo hoo!! yeah right.....

Preferences in Calendar do not store after refresh of page. Can everybody confirm this?? This is a realllllly bad bug. Needs to be reported right away and guess what I already did!!!!! Yay for me.
 
Going to www.mac.com seems to give a bit more information:

MobileMe web applications not yet available.
The MobileMe transition is underway but is taking longer than expected. While core services such as desktop mail, iDisk and sync are available, the new MobileMe web applications are not yet online. Thank you for your patience as we complete the upgrade.

I'm just so glad I don't yet rely on this service

No, that isn't the case. Only the Sync Services of OS X need to be updated. All other apps are already coded to work with Sync Services, and don't care what Sync Services does in the background.

That's the beauty of software middle-layers... The apps never need to know about nifty new syncing methods.

Nice going, Apple. iPhone 3G launches in 19 minutes on the East Coast and you can't get MobileFAIL working.....:rolleyes:

For me, idisk tries to load for about a minute, and then I get the MobileMe is temporarily unavailable message that I see was just mentioned.

We'll, at least they've updated the error message while I was asleep. :eek:
 
Still not working... 7:40 EDT I'm getting a "temporarily unavailable"
I WAS able to use my Touch's mail app this morning... something I couldn't do yesterday, but I can't connect now.

Mobileme seems to be crashing again right now.

Have been able to access it for quite a while, calendar and mail didn't work, though.
 
I can sync my data through sys prefs, and when I set my iphone to sync with mobile me all the data is there, but I can't log into the web interface. Every time I try to log in it says I have an incorrect name or password. :mad: It's driving me nuts! :mad:

Any one else having this problem, or am I the only lucky one?

web interface is working fine for me.. i was just in the calendar app and then browsed my photo galleries.. it's a tad slow, but its working
 
dot mac, mobileme, what a joke

it's all the same crap. If I add the hours dotmac has been down and not loading the last 2 years I cry out loud. If those services where offered by a serious hoster like hostmail.com they'd be long broke.
 
I've signed up for a trial yesterday.. it charged my card for ~ 200USD. I guess it's just to verify my card, but still why the hell this much? PayPal takes like $5. I think it's not entirely up to Apple but their Terms of Service states:

.. This authorization amount is typically the equivalent of one US dollar ($1USD). It is not a charge but may appear to reduce your available balance by the authorization amount until your card’s next billing cycle...

It's not the end of issues with me.com.. I still cannot log in to the web interface as it says my user/pass do not match.
