MobileMe Finally Online?

Calendar to iCal works like a charm for pushing event changes.
iCal to Calendar is about 6 minute delay!!!

Anybody get same results?

Yeah except the time zones are borked, so there is no point syncing.

Hopeless. That was one thing that I actually needed to work.

All former .Mac services appear to be fully functional at 8:20 EDT (-5 GMT). Haven't tried push yet.

Push not working 100% yet, I've been testing it. Add an event to my iCal online, shows up on the desktop only after manually synchronizing (it's set to automatic but it's not doing it.)

Still Me is not up to standards. This is getting annoying.

As of this morning I've been able to use most of the web services and have verified that my iDisk has now doubled in size.

That said, I'm still not getting the update in System Preferences and my control panel still says .Mac despite having all the new information loaded into it.

Yeah, I'm not getting any update either. I guess it will appear in Software Update later in the day.

When I go to www.me.com, right now:

Give them more time. Its obviously not 100%.

Auto Sync'ing has just started working.

One question I have though - are Address Contacts supposed to sync as per Calendar?

Is there anyway to view ALL calendars at the same time? Can't find the option...

Of course none of this matters right now because I can't even access it, I get an error that says "MobileMe Calendar could not start because it was unable to load any calendars from the server. Try reloading Calendar. If this problem persists, contact MobileMe Support." Of course reloading the calendar doesn't work...

SEEMS to be up now....for how long who knows...

More Safari 4 wierdness

In Safari 4 I can't click on any of the buttons, however I can right click them and open the links in a new tab (mail, calender etc.). It's no good for the folders or tabs though, so it's still useless.

What could the problem be. Any speculation?

Safari 4? Its all working for me perfectly in Safari 3 now. I did have that click problem yesterday though.

Well I ran it through the ultimate Push test and it passed with flying colors.

While standing outside of my office building, I deleted my .Mac account from my iPhone (2.0), which in turn deleted every single one of my Calendar and Address Book entries (leap of faith...heh). I verified that they were gone in each app. I then added my e-mail again, this time using the MobileMe setup option on the phone, and set it to sync via Push for Mail, Contacts, and Calendars. Then I went inside and took the elevator up to my office.

Everything is back on my iPhone. All of it. :D

Running the web apps through IE7 (stuck with it at work) is like pulling teeth with a pickaxe and no novacaine though. It's TERRIBLE. It was running like a dream on Safari back home. I'm having trouble getting my Calendar to sync at the moment, but that could be because my office is a blackhole for EDGE service. Push E-mail seems to be fine still though.

Min is showing all calendars by default. Are yours all ticked on the left hand side?

Well, I'm not downgrading Safari 4 (It's much faster than version 3) so I'll just have to use Firefox instead when accessing MobileMe, at least until Apple sort out the problem.

I'm still getting the error message, but I bet that's the problem.

Ha! You would think my seven years of iCal usage would have clued me into doing that. Thanks!

I know everyone is checking for the iPhone software, but the MobileMe is live this morning.
I got logged in (very slowly) but none of the apps will work, just give me completely blank screens except for the ribbon at the top (Mail, Address Book, etc).

Sorry, they did finally come up, just V-E-R-Y S-L-O-W-L-Y. What a painful app so far. Even .mac was bettr than this.

To be honest this is not the ultimate Push test. All you've done is shown that contacts will sync over the cloud when you push the sync button. My contacts and calendars sync when I press the sync button, but they don't 'push' if you just add or delete something to the calendar or contacts. (To be absolutely accurate the calendar push updates on the web app, but not the other way around ie altering things via the web makes no difference to the machine at home.)

Yeah because they're not ever gonna fix it.
