Yeah, it looks that way I'm afraid. Maybe golden age (pardon the pun) for Apple is truly over, or just maybe they will manage to pull the rabbit out of the hat and surprise all by announcing completely new and different to those rumored iPhones. After all, Apple has managed to surprise everyone by introducing new and totally redesigned Mac Pro and just maybe they will manage to do it again ;)

Nothing lasts forever but as we heard board is worried so maybe after this so well managed decisions something will change..i hope,
Iphone C ( a 5 with plastic case)
another S..and with gold?
Imac 2012 delayed as hell
Haswell Macboom pro with no discrete Gpu but with pro prices
Pro apps?...ehm..
New Mac Pro with no Gpu replaceable..
Slimmed Ipad 5
Retina Ipad mini..

good products but..just evolutionary or losing pro features..
if this turns to be true:rolleyes:

Gold color + finger print sensor?

I'm sure the next iPhone will be called "Goldfinger" and Siri will have the voice of Gert Fröbe with a heavy German accent. :D

So you want this as the actual phone back and not a case?

huh?

Fairplay Apple, if is real it looks bloody awful... Did someone press your self destruct button?

That mockup looks terrible. If the leaked parts are authentic though, perhaps it's an optional gold band for the black iphone. That would look slightly better.

And Sir Ive okayed this monstrosity?

Ive may not be at Apple for much longer anyway so...

Well, jewelers want a piece of iPhone market pie too right? These things look like the kind of work they normally to do on jewelry and watches. So they might think phones are the new market.

These look fake to me. The screws are normal philips and Apple switched to there new screw to prevent tampering.

I'm still using my iPhone 4S, bought in 2011. There was a time when I always bought the newest iPhone, until the iPhone 5 came out... It didn't impress me and the 5C or 5S won't impress me either if the 5C is just a plastic version of the iPhone 5 and if the 5S only gets a gold color, another home button and maybe a faster processor...

Unfortunately my iPhone 4S gets older and older so I'll have a small problem if Apple doesn't come out with an innovative phone.

One thing I'm really interested in is whether Apple will bump up the system RAM on the iPhone 5S to 2 GB. More RAM in the iPhone could offer a lot of benefits to the iPhone.

Unless they felt it was necessary, I don't think they'd do it. So far, iOS7 has felt great on the iPhone 5 so I wouldn't be surprised if they felt the same way too and decided to leave that spec bump for the next iPhone.

I think you're okay. I'm still using a 4 that was bought on release day. ;)

NO! Please don't make a golden iPhone. It looks ugly and cheesy. A plastic iPhone is enough. Not a gold one, please. Just leave it at black/slate and white/silver and all the plastic iPhone colors. Don't do it Apple!!!

I know that, however with competitors having those advancements plus higher megapixels it doesn't make any sense to not include more megapixels as well.

Squeezing more and more megapixels on a chip w/o increasing the size of the sensor is NOT going to improve quality, even in full-size photos. And if you zoom in to crop b/c let's say they bump it to 12MP, the image will look awful. It will be grainy and noisy as hell! And not the "good" type of film grain either.
There are other things they can do to improve the camera and increasing MP is not a priority that I personally would want to be concerned about.

C'mon guys you can't even make this up. I'm going to die from laughter when this gold iPhone thing turns out to be true and all you people start clamoring for the gold iPhone because it looks so good in real life.
