When I am using forum spy there is a blue border around the MR logo, like so:

It doesn't happen on any other page that I've noticed. I'm using the "fluid HD" size/skin/whateveryoucallit with the latest version of firefox for mac.

seems to be something with firefox, I'm using chrome right now and don't get it, but I saw your post and started firefox and got the same thing.

I seem to remember that we started a wiki a few years back. Was that quietly killed during the redesign? I know it wasn't very active.

The redesign looks great by the way. I just got around to trying the mobile version, and it works nicely on my ratty old Samsung Solstice. Excellent work to all involved. :)

Still there if you know the URL. Don't look quite right though…

Would it be possible to put the Fluid and Fluid HD links at the bottom of the forum pages as well. Some of us don't visit the front page first, but go directly to the forums. I guess this would also be solved if a bookmark saved the settings. Will a bookmark save it or will it revert every time?

Is there a smaller font option still available? I recall the old version had a setting somewhere where you could slightly decrease the font size in the forums. This allowed for viewing more posts at a time.

You should only have to set it once per browser/machine/device...a cookie should remember the setting, which applies to both news and forum pages, from that point on.

Thanks WC, how about the font question? Is there still a setting to make the font a little smaller like their was before?

Oh here is a thread about the site redesign.

I have to say I absolutely love it! It looks great and a lot less cluttered. Great job Arn and friends!

Like the update, losing the sidebar on the left was good, but not overly keen on the recent comments links. They look too spaced out with lines inbetween. To be honest i'd prefer a slimmer side bar like in the image on wired

A fixed-width forum? wtf? And to make it worse, it doesn't even conform to a 960px width for a fixed width size.... So you basically did everything to avoid best practices regarding fixed-widths, forum fluid design, and general best practices regarding UX?

nice.

Liking everything about the new site except the forums. They look out of place and just..well.. weird. I still think MR will need to upgrade to vB4 at some point.
