Has anyone else had the issue with using the Remote App not adding tracks to Up Next/Continue playing?

If I select a track in a playlist it won't add the subsequent tracks to Up next, the same for a track on an album. I also can't add a single track to Up Next with the remote app.

The only way I can play an album with the remote app is from the Play button at the top of an album, not from one of the tracks in the middle of the album (it only plays that track).

Shuffle will add it's playlist to Up Next but everything else is only a single track.

It all works perfectly in the Music app on the desktop, it's just the remote app and has only happened since Tahoe (it's still in 26.1). This is on 2 Mac Minis, an M1 & an M4.

I have reported it but was wondering if anyone else has the same?

Yes, Remote has the same behaviour here on my iPad.

Thanks for that. I'm glad I'm not the only one as I haven't seen it reported as a bug elsewhere.

It's very annoying as I use the remote to control a MacMini connected to a DAC as it's the only way I can do lossless with apple music (airplay 2 converts it to aac).

I do have air-server which would have been another way of doing lossless but that has a bug they are working on where is won't launch on Tahoe....

Hopefully they will work on it as a bug as I have reported it.

Syncing local library to iPhone won't transfer artworks correctly. All synced tracks after Tahoe 26.2 beta lacks artworks on iPhone, while on macOS's Music app artworks are there. Deleting caches won't work here.

Still have this issue with Beta 2 of 26.2. Hope they will fix it quickly. Made a report to Apple when this issue occurred with Beta 1.

The TV app is a bomb too. The no title bit is insane. At least a fourth of my movies and TV shows look like this. What movie is on the left? All of these were bought through iTunes, so it's not like something I ripped.

Can’t find any info but trying to use Airdrop between my Apple Studio and 16” MacBook Pro only lets me transfer one photo at a time. I am using Photomechanic 6 and never had this problem before going to Tahoe. Tried restarting both devices which worked once but after last update it’s back to one again. Will try restart again but wondering if anyone has some info on this. Tried searching but none of the info works. Thanks.

I'm on macOS Tahoe 26.2, there are still a lot of issues. These are the ones that I encounter, even before at 26.1:
1. Music app immediately re-opens, but hidden, upon quitting.
2. Listening queue empties out after several songs and and stops playing. This is prevalent when display is off.
3. When removing a songs from the queue (e.g. My Station), Music app does not search for a new song and leaves the queue empty. This shouldn't be the case as if the same action is applied on iOS, a new song will be selected.
4. Auto-mix function is not functioning properly or is not present at all compared to the iOS counterpart.

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned; I couldn't find it but I may have just missed it.
On my end, playlists in song view don't show the gradient behind the current song title and play controls. The result is... this. The horizontal scroll bar (which shouldn't even be there because the columns are narrower than the window) is ON TOP of it, and scrolling further down brings the last song above the bar itself, where it's effectively clickable.
This happens on both a Mac Mini M2 Pro that was just yesterday upgraded from Sequoia to Tahoe 25.2, and a MacBook Air M1 that has been on Tahoe since 20.0. I'm not 100% sure if the MBA had this issue before, as I didn't really use it for music, but I'm sure I'd have noticed it.
This is a "kitchen sink playlist" of things I like that I've been adding stuff to since the early iPod days, but it happens on any playlist if I switch it to "View as Songs".
This is a fully local library, with no Apple Music subscription.

That scrollbar is a bug that Apple are "aware" of - in that I logged it many weeks ago.

(They don't read most Feedbacks though, so don't waste time writing loads. Even if their automated system collates them and you end up in a "more than 10" situation, Apple still doesn't pay much attention.)

I actually had the scrollbar issue in Sequoia as well, and I sort of had gotten used to it. But this "hole" is hilarious, it's as if even the system doesn't like the expected glass effect and is hiding it. :-D

How are you submitting feedback? The website-based form is not the best place. If you submit through the coreservice app on your Mac you will actually get a Feedback ID and can track it. Read here (and no, it's not only for developers).
https://developer.apple.com/bug-reporting/

The Feedback app is always included as a Core app, regardless of whether it's an official release or a beta release. Only the betas will have the icon as easily accessible.
What I meant was ... as I run the betas I'm the sort of person who would find and use the feedback app :)

I was too ambiguous in my writing. Also, despite my annoyance at having bugs (even the "more than 10" ones) ignored, I still log them. Maybe internally once it gets to "more than 1000" they read them. I do wonder how many people log Feedbacks - it must be thousands!

Any one else getting the bug where when adding songs to the queue, completely random and unrelated songs are being added instead? This has been happening on and off since Mac os26 with my iTunes Match library

In playlists when I select one song in the album it always ends up selecting the one above. Does anyone have this issue? It is extremely irritating.
