Let hope they finally get rid of that CRAPPY REMOTE.
It uses top quality - pro standard components. No way could it be £99. If you want cheap in every way, buy an Amazon device.
It's truly wrong to expect pro level performance for £99.
I got around that by remembering the matte color is top. Gloss on bottom.
It already supports HEVC decoding. No need for encoding.Put the T2 chip in it and allow for HEVC encode/decode on the fly.
One more thing...
"We finally fixed AirPower and we're ready to launch them in select markets next week."
The AppleTV is really a fantastic product, however, it *really* needs to be cheaper. Much *much* cheaper. The 4K AppleTV should be no more than £99.
Perhaps Apple Arcade can push the Apple TV as a gaming machine, but I'm not sure it can make a dent in the Switch/PS4/XB1 market.
If Apple TV is going to be a success, it needs to be more than a streaming box. Perhaps Apple Arcade can push the Apple TV as a gaming machine, but I'm not sure it can make a dent in the Switch/PS4/XB1 market.
Hopefully NOT with THAT remote!

Consumer tv are now PRO? What does it do that is PRO?
Can’t stop laughing....thanks!
If the "one more thing" announcement is a tracker, it truly will be the most boring keynote EVER!
MaybeI suppose we'll now be getting the Apple TV Pro
I’m holding wrong. We’re holding wrong.Change your life, buy a cheap cover for it so it's easier to hold, and learn how to "tap" the cursor area instead of swiping.
Details? Articles? Those are bold claims. It's the ONLY streaming box to use a professional level 'Silicon Image Processor' in its HDMI route.
It's also the only box used by the audio/video manufacturers to measure their products by.
