It's funny to see how worried we get about getting our money credited bank. It's almost like we are begging Apple to take our money. Every time I think of this, the following image pops up in my head.
I finally got a shipping notice with a delivery via Fedex, either tomorrow (21st) or 22nd. I won't know for sure until the Fedex site is updated. The last expected delivery date was 21st. My order said Processing up until late this afternoon.
My 17th of October placed order left China 19th and is now in Sydney 21st and is due for delivery in Melbourne tomorrow 
4.0ghz, 1tb SSD, 395x, Trackpad 2, 8gb
Still have yet to sort out the ram. Seems to be the most confusing part of it
Both my Kingston and Crucial run at CL10 @ 1867mhz. Kingston could in theory run at 2400mhz @ CL12 since the Skylake and CPU support it. But who knows

The delays and taking the promised time window right to the edge seems just to weird.
They even didn't charge me for next day shipping which I signed up for when I ordered on the 13th.

That's so pretty......my RAM upgrade came yesterday and my desk is cleared off and ready for migration to begin. Can't believe it's been 8 years since a new iMac box appeared on my doorstep.
I got exactly the same email. Anyone know if these things are delivered on the weekends at all? Or are we looking at Fri or Monday delivery here?
My BTO is: 4.0Ghz i7, 8Gb, 3TB Fusion, 4Gb m395x, Magic Keyboard/Mouse.
If you Google that, it appears to be their internal code for the 27" Retina iMac (late 2015)

Just got my Preparing for Shipment update for an order placed on Oct. 17. The delivery quote for store pick up is Nov. 2 though so I will see if it will take that many days.
