I love apple but that was not interesting at all.

I don't have any need for a touch bar at all. Not useful in anyway. I'll just stick to knowing my keyboard and using my mouse.

Also really sick of not seeing a Mini update.

Ummm I think Tim being greedy is also contributing here, it's not just Brexit.

Everyone around the world is getting shafted price wise of these and they are not part of Brexit, this is apple greed
UK prices have always appeared to be lower (but actually just higher than US prices when converted and tax is applied). The fall in sterling since Brexit has caused this, not Apple greed.

I guess you missed the presentation showing effortless 4k video editing with the "joke" 16GB RAM.
Ya. But how many other things will you be able to run in the background while doing said editing? Like 4 chrome tabs? And editing 4k is only one use case scenario. Multitasking in other applications requires more than 16gb of ram. I topped my 16gb out all the time before upping to 32.

If 16gb is fine for you great. I'm just saying that if I'm paying $3000 for a laptop, I'd like the option to pay for 32gb RAM.

Seems unnecessarily expensive and all the touch bar does is delay a touchscreen Mac even further.

Disappointed, but may need to bite the bullet, my Mac is 10 years old.

I paid $1999 for my 15" rMBP back in October of 2012. The flagship feature of the new rMBP is the Touch Bar. The BASE price of the 15" is $2399. You gain the Touch Bar, and that's essentially it hardware wise. Sure there are the spec bumps, but that's not significant in terms of a new model. Oh, two new colors...and the Apple logo isn't backlit anymore. Why is that worth $400 more?

You didn't watch the presentation. They showed the performance difference between the 2016 and 2015 MBPs…and it's not minor. It's going to blow your 2012 MBP out of the water.

Is anyone else noticing you can't configure the 13" with Touch Bar with higher storage than 256GB? Tell me that's a glitch because if not, what the hell kind of Pro laptop can't go higher than 256GB?

guys i have a serious question, i want to get the new macbook, because i need it for work and school, and i want the 13'' one thats all i need, my question would be, is the oled bar all that? i don't think is worth the price tag, but since im getting a new macbook anyway, should i pay for the one with the oled or just make the regular one even better by upgrading the ram and so on ? thanks for the help in advance

No iMac update
No Mac Mini update
No Mac Pro update
No Macbook Air update (RIP)

No MagSafe
No USB-A ports
No SD-Card slot
No DisplayPort

Dongleware galore (no mention of adapters either)

Higher Prices (much higher in Canada)
Gimmick T-bar

I think I'm done here.

Dont need USB-A, Dont need SD Card, Dont need DisplayPort. Only thing that bothers me are the prices which are absolutely too high in UK...

Price isn't a big deal. I just don't have any desire to purchase it over the previous macbook pro. Maybe in a year or two when there's more support or this touchbar proves worthwhile. It doesn't really seem that useful for now.

Refurbished 2015 or 2014 (I don't like ForceTouch Trackpad) is the way to go.

I agree with many, pretty disappointing, especially with respect to price. Apple has the resources to develop way better products than what we're getting (and not getting, ahem iMac, Mini, Mac Pro...). It drives me crazy the incompetence we seem to be getting on the Mac products side...
