Although early shipping would be a nice surprise, I'm not expecting any movement until the glorious 19th!

Same here, "stroking" my Tagus Metro XL, Explorer Mouse, among other things. My friend are so nice, bought me a nice mouse for my birthday.
Funny things happening on my credit card
My credit card available balance just dropped by $3718. No justification for it. No recent deposits, and my balance is $0.00. I should be billed $3350 when the order processes on the 19th...it might mean that they are getting ready to ship and pinged the account for adequate funds.

Here's my first ever post to this Forum. I enjoy reading that I am not the only individual tired of waiting.
Cannot figure all the fuss and worry with deliver dates. I have had four separate dates for deliver: 4 to 6 weeks after ordering on 6 Jan 09; on 15 jan told shipping 19 Feb deliver 24 Feb; on 27 Jan told ships in 7-10 business days deliver 5-12 Feb; now it is 19 Feb shipping. I'll get it when it arrives that's the only certain thing! I went through this waiting for my Pismo way back when. So, as long it arrives in one piece and works without fault, because they may be working on a problem and it is better than having to return it, I'll be very happy

Finally i decided to give an order (2.93 ghz, 7200 rpm hard drive) but i have a problem. My credit card limit is not enough to purchase, can i give an order with 2 credit cards?
Second question, can i do this in the apple store?

You'll have to call them and see if they can. I could but I didn't use 2 credit cards for the same item. I had 2 items each billed on separate cards.
apple UK dont accept 2 credit cards online nor over the phone! however they give the option of paying by cheque or direct bank transfer.
Yeah they do, thats how I payed for my new 17" Unibody, I got a really nice person who even phoned back the next day to check everything was ok.
yesterday i chatted with apple uk. i even phoned to make sure i was told by both advisors that it wasnt possible to pay with 2 credit cards for a single transaction!

Trying going into an Apple store, where abouts do you live? I know theres two in London and another in Birmingham. This shouldn't even be an issue for you, if it helps i used two Visa cards, ones a company card from my business and the others my personal one.

Just had a call from a lady at the 'Investigations' section of my bank concerning 'unusual a/c activity'-bit worrying because the last time was 'Were you in Milan on Thursday & did you make a withdrawal of £200?'-No!
However, Apple took the cash for my new Mac yesterday from my a/c (Visa Debit). The investigations lady couldn't really 'get' my delight until I explained the boys toys stuff!
Nothing else has changed BUT surely cannot be long now. (Ordered 6 Jan., revised 13th & previous ship was 3rd Feb with delivery on or before 16th, until estimated ship 19th Feb).
Anyone else in UK had any 'activity'?
