I was wondering the same thing
I think this will only be done during the developer and public beta phase

I say that as it seems like the same kind of thing was done this time two years ago for the initial release of Apple Intelligence, but then ever since after that whenever you set up a new iPhone that supports it, it seemingly will download those assets right away instead of making us wait like this right now

I suspect this will be the same case for Siri once iOS 27 gets to its final release come the fall when the new iPhones come out, even though it's been rumored that even once iOS 27 does come out, at least for some time, just like Apple Intelligence, it will have a beta label on it

Ok, I had enough of the fun and games Apple is pulling. My iPhone, My Mac, and My iPad, and not one has received the new SIRI. My Mac and iPad have very little apps on them, mainly the default apps, and they have been plugged in charging over a week. Someone said if you leave your devices charging Santa will come faster. My iPhone is the one with extra apps.

if you get it on one device do you automatically get it on any other? like is it tied to your account or is it device by device?
I waited 6 days for iPad M4, then once i got Siri on my iPad I then download ios27 to iPhone 17Pro and it was already on the device.
I believe its Apple ID linked, but all devices need to index fully

My iPhone has been at 95% for 24 hours now, while on charger. I think this number is unreliable, as it was reporting this after 2 days, whereas my iPad was at 50% after a week.

We live in an age of disinformation folks, nothing is real, and Elvis could return.

Start of day nine for me and still no new Siri….

Last I checked, I saw that I’m still on 85% indexing as far as I know it has been like that for days now

And meanwhile mine has been perpetually stuck at 85% for who knows how long now
