I feel the same way, but am certain the real monkeys here are O2; they send a text message out to everyone saying "go to the website" and the stupid thing falls over almost immediately.... What's worse, it seems to phase in and out of usability so people are typing their credit card details in many times over and have no idea whether they've actually secured an iphone or not... I'm getting annoyed with this now
