Nice to see the Cowgirls are back to December form, losers.:p

Looks like a changing of the guard. Patriots and Steelers dynasties look to be over.

Old man Favre is back to his old self.

" HOW BOUT THOSE COWBOYS " :p Tony Romo is the most overated QB in the NFC East :D

Peace

Uh, I don't see how you can blame this one on Romo. 41/55, 392 yards, 3 TD, 0 interceptions is not a stat line that usually loses games. Blame this one on Dallas' crappy special teams.

god the pats are really turning the suck up on the season.

Seriously. It's hilarious.

They're not. Dallas is in first place, by virtue of the head-to-head.

You must have not watched the game or even looked at his stats.

Stats mean nothing...:D I'm not impressed with the Cowboys at all;) It's going to come down to the last game of the season and boyz remember who won that last year:D:D:D

Peace

I'm not impressed with the Cowboys either, but to blame the loss on Romo is ridiculous. Anyway, I didn't know I was responding to an Eagles fan, so that explains a lot.

Cardinals played really well last night. Warner didn't look off at all and his line really protected him against a tough Vikings rush that has punished lots of QB's this year. And, don't forget the Cardinals D who shut down Peterson. That was a big game and if the Cardinals can play that way the rest of the season... who knows... :D

I have no idea what to say about the Saints. It feels like one of those weird destiny things at this point. I mean seriously, every little thing that needed to happen for them to win that game happened. Spooky.

I'm still not willing to write of the Pats. If they make the playoffs anything can happen. But, their defense has got to improve.

As for the Cowboys, the Giants are always tough, that's how rivalry games are. Losing that game has truly left the division wide open though. It will be interesting to see how it plays out.

I'm not a big Reid or MacNabb fan, but the Eagles always bring it in December:D We shall see;)

Peace

Teh eggles.

As a Jet fan, I once again enjoyed seeing the Pats lose.

Only one game out of for the division lead.

Scary.

I will ALWAYS enjoy the pats loosing. Also the Chargers.

And maybe the Jets because some certain people like them ;)

Go Colts! Go Raiders!

Yeah, like they brought it on with Buddy Ryan when he sent his henchmen to hurt the Dallas kicker in a game years ago. Eagles, a real class act.

Are you talking about GangGreen:)

One year, they (Philly D) took out seven opposing QBs.

They are professionals and this is their job. It's not always easy to sack the QB and not hurt them. And receivers and kickers get banged up, too. Whether intentional or not, this is football, not golf.

Some of the worst injuries, and career ending ones happen during practice. Same goes with baseball. It goes with the territory and some of the worst injuries didn't look as bad on film (Namath, Theisman, Aikman, Young, etc.) while other times these guys take a massive hit(s) and appear OK and continue the game, even at times winning by a huge margin. Perhaps the worst injury that didn't initially look terrible was the one on Brady that ended his season.

Does anybody here think there is a good possibility that GB can save their season, or are they simply in the wrong division and it's a pipe dream? They are two games out of first place with four games remaining. I think these are long odds.

And what of BAL at three games behind CIN? These are stupid long odds but a division worth watching since PIT is also with BAL.

This was probably a must win for both teams last night.

From what I see WAS, DET, TB, and STL are out of the season in the nfc, and CLE and KC are out while OAK is hanging by a thread in the afc, or maybe OAK is numerically out of contention (but someone probably more knowledgeable with how the NFL comes up with wild cards can clear this up)

Holy crap, the Browns beat the Steelers! At this point, I don't see Pittsburgh making the playoffs.
Woooo-hoo! We are celebrating in Cleveland!

Talk about role reversal. We didn't look like Super Bowl winners, but we looked fairly good. It was the Steelers who looked inept. :p

I loved that punt reception that Cribbs fumbled, lost yardage on, juked, found a hole, and ran with for 55 yards. They better give that guy whatever money he wants.

Save their season? They're not going to win the division but they're frontrunners for the 5th seed.

Wild cards are the two best records that aren't division winners; if there's a tie there's a series of tiebreaker criteria that determines who gets it.

The Bills, Browns, Steelers, Titans, Texans, Chiefs, Raiders in the AFC and Redskins, Bears, Lions, Falcons, Panthers, Bucs, 49ers, Seahawks, and Rams are all probably out of the race at this point.
