O2 Now Taking Orders.

I just refreshed and the 16GB check box selection has disappeared, and only the 8GB remains .... I hope that's just a glitch on MY computer. Can anyone confirm?

So who is managing to snaffle up all these phones if the 16Gb is gone already and the server keeps timing out?

Seems like you can order the 8GB though, I just got through to the Extras screen. I don't want an 8GB though. Thanks O2. Dumb asses.
 
Sounds like they've sold out of it.

Great planning O2. On sale 8am, sold out by 11.25 and that's with the store nonfunctional for most of that time...
 
Not sure if this has been posted, but the 16GB Black iPhone 3G is now no longer available for new customers!

Managed to get my order in, but who knows when it will arrive!

i dont get it..... When i first tried this morning, the first page was all about details etc, filled it in and then it said that there had been an error, just tried again and had to get a code text'd to me, got the code put it in, chose phone and package etc, selected delivery address and clicked proceed to check out. Now getting the page that i first got this morning(which is loading) asking for all the same info again.....

Upgrade to 16gb handset worked!

Well - to my surprise, i tried around 11:12 - and the upgrade site was up and runing. I entered in my upgrade code, selected black 16gb iphone, wwent through to the payment section and it it all seemed to have worked. I have been given an order number for my purchase so will wait and see if an email confirmation comes through of the order.

ANy others managed to get thier upgrade through?
 
First indication all of the 16GB cuurently allocated to online sales have been snapped up? I'd imagine if it has, then they'll probably have a meeting regarding getting more stock in, and whether they can actually ship more wihtout long waits for the customers. Or just sell more online, regardless.
 
Just entered my details on the order page and clicked the send button and it took me back the the home page, Not sure if it has taken my order or not ??? would i get a email if it has been processed ok ?
 
16Gb - Out of Stock?

Oh dear...just as I was ordering a 16Gb Black iPhone, the store mysteriously needed "upgrading"...

I can add an 8Gb one to my basket but I'm blown if I want one. I really want a 32Gb one, which I suspect will arrive in time for Christmas...

I wonder if they'll have any in stock at my local O2 store on Friday?
 
There was a thread saying yesterday, "please let me know if O2 are a good mobile phone carrier?"

Would anybody like to answer this chap now? lol

I had 2 16GBs in my basket waiting for the store to go back online and they just got thrown out.

It is all new customers. So all us upgraders have been screwed! We have to get there on friday, and if you have an iPhone, keep trying online. O2 have cocked up.
