Well, mine still didn't arrive today. Ordered on the 16th too. Shipping to Florida. And it really ticks me off because I had to pay double shipping [two up-to-date discs]. Upon re-reading the email I got from Apple on the shippment, It says that they were shipped on the 26th, would be here on the 30th, but to allow 5 business days for standard shipping. So that would put it here on Thur or Fri. So if it's not here in Friday's mail, I'll call Apple and start asking where it is.

Well, you have actually recieved both the package and the invoice.. I should download a copy via Bittorrent, because I'm intended to own a copy now.
Do it man. Thats just what i did saturday. Im tired up taking it up the a**. I hit a fast server and had the whole 6.6 Gig in hand in less than 2 hours.
Ship this from China Apple!
11.31am Sydney time and still no sign of any mail from Apple. (the morning post has already arrived).
The shipping notice which i received last Friday advises that the item will deliver 'on or before 1 November' (which is today).
Apple have made a real mess of this in my opinion. Judging from the variety of different stories their call centre staff are giving out it generally sounds like nobody really knows whats going on. I just spoke to some guy who told me UTD is totally managed by a third party and they cannot tell me anything!!
I should have waited to buy a new macbook with leopard preloaded or just bit the bullet and paid AU$150 and bought a copy.

Mine said delivers by October 29th. Two days ago. So here I am thinking that this thing was a box that needed to be signed for. No sign of a box or slip to go pick up. Little did I know, it came in a small package envelope, and it has been sitting in my mailbox for the last two days (forgot to check mail lol)
I'm in Canada and still waiting for my UTD copy (ordered on Oct 18 and was supposed to be delivered Oct 29). For those of you in Canada who have received it, when did you receive it and how was it delivered: Canada Post (through regular mail) or from Purolator (signature required)? Any other ETA info or insight would be wonderful!
Its coming via canada post unless you paid for express shipping(which is purolator then)
they are coming by nov 5th and could arrive before the weekend(as in tommorow) if not mon/tue next week

If you read my above post, I find it odd that you ordered before me and still haven't received yours yet. Mine is being shipped by FedEx (not sure why they chose that since I never paid for express shipping) to Vancouver and according to the tracking number it will be delivered today.

Both of mine were just retrieved from my mail receptical. So I'll spend the rest of the day doing an erase and install on Dinah-Moe.

Ordered on the 16th, and I still don't have mine....I'm getting a little aggravated now. But whatever. I now have a customer service manager's personal phone number so if it doesn't show up today he will be getting a phone call.
I said it before and I'll say it again...the Up To Date Program was planned poorly and executed even worse. Apple has left thousands of loyal customers hanging out to dry through this program.

I agree with your comments, like I said before from the sources telling me that we'll be getting them Nov. 2 or later and it true not a lie, even though my Leopard was supposed to be in my hands past Monday. I hope we'll get it tomorrow so we can enjoy it on the weekend and go through all the cool features and setups.

When I had Tiger up and running, I inserted the UTD disk and then clicked on the installer that opened. From there, my AL iMac rebooted and installed Leopard right over the top of Tiger. Took just under 40 minutes to fully complete -- no issues either.

The Tracking on the website is not even valid. It says it went out United Sates Postal Service. Some here are going out Fedex and UPS, why did mine go via USPS??
