I ordered two around noon (pacific) on the 28th, but it still shows as "Processing" and there are no pending authorizations on my card.

Same here. I ordered my iPhone 32 GB black on the 28th too but it still says "Processing" :/

What was your estimated delivery date from FedEx?

My status moved to 'Shipped'. Estimated delivery date is December 8, 10:30AM. Hope it's accurate.

Estimated delivery was 6th. It reached a day before! Mine was shipped on the 2nd and reached Boston the day after. it was lying there for 3 days before it was finally received by my friend yesterday! It should arrive on time for you too.

My replacement order placed on 28th white 32gb is on it way showing 8th delivery. Sems apple did expedite processing and shipping since was a replacement. Can't wait to use it finally.

Got a shipping notification for one of mine today, shipped yesterday (ordered the 28th), but delivery isn't until 13 December to San Francisco.

FedEx delivered it to the wrong adress. Had to go hunt it down. The dude ordered 2 iPhones at the same time and got his 2 and mine too all delivered to his location.
What a mess.
Good thing he gave me my pack and didn't have to wait another 2-3 weeks for another one to be shipped.

Estimated delivery on the 7th but got here on the 6th.
I'd call up fedex to find out what's going on with your package if I was you.

Mine is in transit in Chek Lap Kok, according to Fedex estimated delivery is on Deb 8th, 10.30 am. Hope they meet their deadline, though there's this disturbing message posted on their site:

For those who want to reserve the iPhone 4s and are having problems getting one:

I recommend that if you already have an iPhone, download the apple store app in iTunes store and use that to reserve instead of using www.apple.com. At 8:54 Pm you can start ordering (9:00 Pm they are all, most likely to be unavailable) (the unlocked (GSM) phones).

If you don't own an iPhone already, try the www.apple.com. Same time 8:54 Pm.

The difference between doing it on the app and on the site is: On the site there are 50/50% chances of getting "unable to connect server" or "we´re sorry..."
But if you do it on the apple store app it loads much faster and it won't be "unable to connect server".

This worked for me in Boston, after eight tries!.

Hope this was useful for somebody.

P.S: Remember 8:54 Pm NOT 9:00 PM

also to add above, with my recent FedEx shipping experiences...packages that leave Memphis (early morning, which is what our phones should do once they clear whatever customs they have to after coming from Asia), have gotten to me that same day...its on the local FedEx location to meet that deadline. (Just hope those clouds go away )

My status just changed to "Preparing for Shipment"

I ordered a 32GB Black 4S on Nov 24, and just last night the status changed over to Preparing for Shipment. Checked this morning, and I still have the same status. How long does it usually last in that status?
