I too like the Candyshell Grip - had it for my IP5. Got a Pelican Protector in white/black on my I6 now. Its semi-flexible for good drop protection. On the Grip, does it bend like the IP5 ones? That has me concerned since I haven't seen one in person yet.
Does it bend how? This is my first time with Speck. Was religiously otterbox before this

Personally, I would love an Otterbox Commuter style case with the rubberized backing of the Defender. That would be my ultimate case.

Me too! I'm hoping Otterbox gets their stuff together with these cases as apparently there are tons of issues. I'd like to do the Commuter or a modified Defender.

The only reason I don't buy an outterbox is because I never know how to take the thing off. I tried taking one off of my friend android smh maybe hers was stuck but I can't have a case where its hard to take off cause I switch cases alot

I just watched a video about those cases; they dropped the phone from a few different heights, and it turned out that the otterbox does pretty well for drop protection.

Glad I could point you to some other opinions. As far as AT&T store, just hold your nose!!

Well, I made it to the AT&T store today to check out the Pelican cases. I didn't care for the grip on the back at all. Around the edge is that rubbery material which did provide a nice grippy surface, but unfortunately the plastic that covers the majority of the case doesn't provide a very good grip.

I also stopped by Best Buy to check out their cases, and saw a Symmetry for an older phone model. The plastic on that thing was even less grippy than the plastic on the Pelican case.

Yesterday I saw that Incipio released a bunch of different colors for the 6+ in their DualPro line-up...so I ended up coming back home and ordering one of those in the dark blue/dark gray combo. My wife has been happy with hers (she got the Verizon blue model DualPro) so I figured I could get myself one and that way I can get rid of this Spigen case that I just don't like.

I guess we'll just wait and see if Speck releases any decent looking Candyshell cases for the 6+. I just can't believe that they think those hideous Candyshell Ink cases are actually going to sell. Huge fail right there.

AT&T did have some Incipio cases that looked nice. I just thought the Protector was a bit more protective for me. In any case the only Speck Inked case that looked somewhat OK was the one with the rain drops. The floral ones were gastly.

I saw one with the rain drops today for the 6 at Best Buy...wow what an ugly case. Looking at the website it was the only one that my wife would have even possibly considered so I thought....but after seeing it in person it's even worse than I thought possible. I'd be surprised if Speck sells 100 (combined between the 3 choices) of the Candyshell Ink cases they have listed on their website. They are that terrible.

I was considering one for my 6+ for when we go to the beach with the kids but if it's leaving a residue on the home button that's definitely a deal breaker. I'll have to see a few reviews before I pull the trigger. Maybe I'll give Ballistic another look.

They can make better cases too, specifically Defender series. My lady has the htc one M8 defender case and it's thin and excellent quality. They did a rush job with this one

Just sent mine back. Again noticed mark where tape covering home button is. Don't want to risk it getting worse. Will wait for Lifeproof for heavy duty wear. Happily my Joli case arrived today for everyday. Super slip case.

I use the commuter for now on my 6 and it is just fine until more options are available. I prefer the lifeproof nuud cases.

I for one can't wait for the otterbox defender once they release it for the 6+.

I need my iphone to function. I don't carry it as a fashion accessory or get a boner over its design. If I drop it and the screen shatters, I don't have time to drive to the apple store even if I do have applecare+. I need to pick it up off the ground, dust it off, and continue on with my life.
