Orange UK: How to get a nano sim

Had an email yesterday saying my phone has shipped. Tracking info shows its to be delivered by UPS. I'm in UK by the way.
Might be today, but doubtful.
No sign of nano sim yet, but post hasn't been so far.

I ordered mine online and it arrived in the next mornings post. Type "3 Nano sim" in to Google. Then click iPhone plans.
I had dispatch email last night, I've checked today to see if there is any further info (living in hope it might have come today) but sadly not.
First person to post a pic of their phone wins!
Nano SIM arrived this morning, ordered on Tuesday morning via 150
No adapters included though, so will have to wait to for the 5 to arrive before the SIM swap.

Postman hasn't been yet. Awaiting a few important items.... Orange Nano sim... Fulham vs Villa tickets....Giff Gaff SIM card for my dad.. And some sim adapters from eBay. Oh and the iPhone 5 tomorrow.

Still waiting for the post here. Hopefully I'll have a sim through as I ordered on Tuesday morning (within 5 mins of the announcement on Twitter).
I've got a set of adapters so if if comes through today, I'll be trying to get the sim swap done before the iPhone arrives tomorrow!

On the phone when I ordered my card, I was told the easiest way would be to call 08000790027.
id any of your sims come Recorded delivery?
I was told that the sim would be registered to my account.
When my son called to order his he was told that it would arrive Recorded Delivery. Why would they send it recorded if it was just a blank sim? I can understand the logic though if registered to your account as a thief could simply start using the sim to make calls that would be billed to your account.
Is it 100% that we will have to contact Orange to register the new sims?

That is usually the case with replacement SIM cards. Call up 08000790027, it should be pretty quick.
Mine has just arrived too, at one stage I never thought I was going to get the Nano SIM before my iPhone is delivered tomorrow so i'm relieved it's here. I ordered on Tue afternoon. Mine also arrived with the pre paid envelope, I assume it's to return the old SIM.
Phew. Panic over - mine also arrived this morning, but looked suspiciously like a micro-sim. In the end had to take the sim out of my 4s to check. It is a nano-sim - actually they're not that much smaller than the micro-sim (few mm's difference)
