So my tracking shows scheduled delivery today again after on and off.
I called UPS and they said itll be delivered by the end of the day.

Where are you located? My tracking doesn't show a scheduled date at all. You are stoking a small glimmer of hope in an otherwise desolate morass of iphone-less desperation.
Just kidding. F that. It's the weekend.

mine is scheduled for 12:00 noon.

I'm in the same boat *are you in Toronto? Haven't had a scheduled delivery time since China.

Well, I have finally come to agree that there isn't any hope for getting our phones in the GTA till Monday, so I am going to *try* to enjoy my weekend and return to this thread Sunday night.
For those who have their phones in hand on the west cost, congrats. To the rest, see you here Monday 🙄

it's after 12 already and i don't know if it is already in the truck or not.
called ups and i guess i got a stupid csr agent talking out of his ass saying it just got to customs today so it will be scheduled for next business day. my friend got hers already and we both had the same import scan. argh!!!!!

If most of us on the east coast don't get a phone today, that's a big issue! Because it is affecting a large amount of customers.
Have you ever returned anything to Apple Online? Is it an easy process?
I ask because I may be as impatient as you are. 🙂

Unfortunately mine didn't get shipped till today and the delivery date is next Wednesday. Very disappointed. Went out for lunch with the wife and dropped by the local apple store and surprisingly there was hardly 20 ppl in the queue. Wife has got it within 20mins!! I have it already in my hand..
What a waste of time, only if I'd known this!!
Unfortunately mine didn't get shipped till today and the delivery date is next Wednesday. Very disappointed. Went out for lunch with the wife and dropped by the local apple store and surprisingly there was hardly 20 ppl in the queue. Wife has got it within 20mins!! I have it already in my hand..

I blame Apple for shipping a day late, and UPS for being useless tarts.
Tried calling UPS to schedule Saturday delivery at an extra cost ($23) but they said that the package was groups with hundred of others that UPS have been instructed to deliver all on the same day. She said i would get it on Tuesday, even tho online says by Monday 1030.
I give up.... should have just got it from the store. What a "pre-order" this turned out to be.

Definitely will call Apple CS to complain this time if not getting it by the end of today!! Just can't believe Apple + UPS, so-called world-class, can't handle this well.

I, like most of you, pre-ordered and anticipated that I wouldn't be getting the phone on launch day.
Luckily, a friend of mine was in line and picked up the phone I wanted this morning. I will receive my other iPhone 4S on Monday and sell it (already have a buyer).
Apple could have very well had the phones to us today - they might have needed to coordinate with UPS on a more aggressive shipping strategy, but it is certainly isn't a difficult task.
Now, for future pre-orders, we will have to decide whether to risk getting the phone 2-4 days after launch or lining up for it.

I'm still waiting for my delivery in Richmond BC. It's 1:44pm, and tracking shows it is out for delivery since 8am.
they won't let me pick up the phone although its like 5 miles away from me and won't deliver until monday... grrrr
