Yeah I just got the same thing for a Leather loop I ordered a week ago.
At first I thought it was an update on my watch order.
I was so pissed that I decided to cancel this as I suspect it might arrive before my watch which would really irritate me - having it sitting there useless.
I can always order an extra band later once Apple have got their act together.
I have to admit this is the worst Apple launch I have been through and my excitement has definitely worn off at this point.
Still looking forward to getting my watch but it will be more of a relief that i has arrived rather than the initial anticipation and excitement.
Two of my colleagues at work now have them, one ordered on launch day the other walked into a store (not sure where).
If you can't connect to your work wifi, then you'll need to rely on your phone being close enough the watch to be connected over Bluetooth. If you have to keep your phone in a staff room or locker, then it's very unlikely you have a consistent Bluetooth connection to be able access the watch's functionality.

I've got two (hedging my bets) orders that have both shifted to 1-2 weeks (14th May onwards) - both 38 SS, one WSB, one BCB. Thinking I should maybe cancel one...

Just to clear this up, the watch communicates with the PHONE via Bluetooth AND wifi the same as airdrop uses both Bluetooth and wifi phone to phone. Read this which explains -

Apple also said that the Apple Watch and the iPhone don't have to be within Bluetooth range in order to get a call on the watch.
"It's really easy to take calls wherever you are, and the great thing is that Apple Watch communicates with your iPhone over Wi-Fi as well as Bluetooth," Lynch said in another demo. (at minute 73:50)
"So when you're home, you don't have to be within Bluetooth range of your phone and you can be anywhere in your house and still get all of your messages and take your phone calls-- just like that. Super cool," Lynch added.
How is that done?
Calls and data connections outside of Bluetooth range are completed over Wi-Fi, even though it's not the typical Wi-Fi with a connection to a Wi-Fi access point that we are familiar with in millions of offices and public locations. In this case, the iPhone and the Apple Watch remain connected in peer-to-peer fashion using AirDrop technology, according to analysts.
With that approach, Bluetooth is used to establish the initial connection between the two devices, but the connection is sustained beyond the range of Bluetooth (which is about 10 feet) over Wi-Fi, in peer-to-peer fashion.

Been in the 12-26th for a 42 SS Milanese loop. With an order one of around 4pm on the 10th I'll be lucky to see it on the 26th.
The American thing is definitely a piss take. Iv been following the Milanese group and they've had pretty much non stop action the last 2 days. People in the 12th-26th bracket. You reckon there gonna send an email of death for people to say it won't be the 12th if your not gonna get it then and it'll come between the set days like the first wave did?

It was 17 days before I got the EOD2 giving a more specific date than June after ordering on the 10th. Hopefully you will get something soon. What is your current delivery window?
