Don't mind me. Just wondering what's happened to this thread. It's gone quiet for a few minutes lol.

I think because it's the weekend now everyone knows there's no chance of getting it tomorrow!
On a personal note I think UPS, for the sake of keeping their reputation, should be working around the clock this weekend to clear the backlog!

Guess its because if we don't see anything by tomorrow morning, then nothing will be updated till monday ?

I know its a shot in the dark for most people because UPS aren't meant to let you pick up your apple order until they have 1 failed delivery attempt, but if it does get to your local depot early tomorrow morning then you could pick it up (if they let you) and I'm guessing that you all want it asap otherwise you wouldn't be on here checking constantly so its probably worth a shot.
I'm waiting on the Cologne to East Midlands Airport flight that should leave at about 2:35AM (going from yesterday's flight that mine missed). If that goes ahead with mine on then I'm definitely picking it up tomorrow

Strongly agree! It seems like everyone has lose their hope for the weekend, even me myself thinks it is NOT possible. The best estimate will be Monday then.
This makes it feel like "Not another weekend without MBP"... Something like "Not another Tuesday without Arrandale...

Is your UPS status stuck on EXCEPTION since 5 o'clock this morning? Mine hasn't moved at all. Disgrace, thinking it's been sitting there without any attempt of UPS to get it going.
Same. The reason they put that exception on was that the plane was full and because that wasn't expected and due to the massive excuse they've been able to use lately they set it as an 'adverse weather conditions' exception. I'm sure ours is the first pallet onto the plane if there is one out tonight.
Obviously I can't guarantee that there is a flight because UPS keep those cards close to their chest so we can't complain. According to regular schedule there should be flight tonight and the shipments should make it to depots by tomorrow morning.
There is only one flight a day maximum on that route so the fact that it has been there since this morning isn't a surprise. Expect an update around 2-3am. I'll be up until then just waiting

Yay, we're all getting scanned. I was on that flight too (I assume from the timestamps leaving Shanghai & Korea!).
my status changed from IN TRANSIT to EXCEPTION....just don't know what does it mean
Also the tracking info changed from Origin Scan in Shanghai to this:
