So are we sure that aols after the 13th to businesses will be plausible? If so, then I'm in business 'forever'

Very strange. I never AOL them the same day I create them. Was this one AOLed the same day it was created?Apparently they can't find the number in the system? How in the hell did they manage to do that? I just put the SIM back in a phone. It connects, loads up account on Verizon, etc etc. I have no clue what they're doing to my poor customer.
One quick question on plan changes in verizon. I have my nationwide 450 changes to 30 loyalty plan. The change will take affect on the 27th of this month. Is there a way to see this pending change in myverizon?
I don't think anyone knows whether they will be or not.So are we sure that aols after the 13th to businesses will be plausible? If so, then I'm in business 'forever'![]()

Call back and tell them to make it effective today. They can do that.
This one was created today. But so was the one I AOLed an hour ago without issue. They also had no issue finding it in the system to change the plan and authorize the AOL. Haven't heard from buyer in a bit, not sure what's happening now.

Issue is with phone number. Had a person that was doing an AOL from me said rep couldn't find number in system. Turns out I had transposed two digits in the number. Gave them the correct number and AOL process completed.
You got these from Apple?
Well that is interesting - so maybe if you activate an unactivated SIM card in a different phone it clears the pending equipment order? If so, then I *think* you could sell the phone sealed. Idk though someone would have to try it first.
idk whether that is true or not. I think if the buyer puts another device on the line AND the person receiving the iPhone calls Verizon to associate the SIM card with their line (rather than just opening it and turning it on) and Verizon can do that then it should be fine. But idk for sure.I assume as soon as the buyer put a device on the line, the sim card in the brand new in box iphone is rendered useless....
Just spoke with vzw biz ops and they confirm changes to the AOL protocol after Nov 13th ALL aol's will require "migrating" to a currently offered tiered data plan and this includes business accounts
thanks! That sucks but thanks for letting us know!Just spoke with vzw biz ops and they confirm changes to the AOL protocol after Nov 13th ALL aol's will require "migrating" to a currently offered tiered data plan and this includes business accounts
The only person who ever reported having someone other than the account owner p/u in-store was CNotes and he said they let his adult daughter do it with his driver's license but that it was a small store and they knew him and his daughter.Sorry to ask this again but I'm hoping someone knows...
Have account managers (non-account owners) been able to pickup in store with an analyst review, or can only the account owner do this?

I don't think anyone else has tried it.

So my order from last finally processed today & I go to pickup in-store. Before completion the Apple rep begins calling a number. She hands me the phone & says "You are not eligible to purchase a phone for 6 months" I reply well why did you approve my order? After some more dialogue she says I have a 24 hour hold.
I figured let me try to call CORe but the automated system keeps asking for my credit application # & I insert my apple order # & nothing. It doesn't allow me to proceed..
What do you guys suggest I do about this entire situation? And do you have a way to reach CORe or another department to push things thru.

so just to clarify, the new policy goes into effect on the 14th correct?Just spoke with vzw biz ops and they confirm changes to the AOL protocol after Nov 13th ALL aol's will require "migrating" to a currently offered tiered data plan and this includes business accounts
You need a Verizon rep to call CORe for you. Explain what happened - that you had a canceled apple order and don't know the credit application number.I spoke to Fraud and they put me on a 24 hour wait.
I just tried to call CORe but I don't have a credit application number all I have is my Apple Order # for the Order that didn't go through. When I enter that Order # it doesn't go through. What do I do?
