Trying to add a line right now on Apple.com. getting an error message after I put in my account password. Thoughts?

Crap, got a business to take a line, but don't want to let them have it unless I know I can another UDP line from Apple! But I'm getting this error message#!
 
My story today...

I ordered last night a VZW space grey 6 plus - 64 GB. For the first time ever in this process, I was flagged with a call to CORe. Awesome, right? NO!

They push through the activation after calling CORe and it came up as TDP on myverizon. Needless to say, I brought back the phone and had the whole line deactivated. I know when to be done.
They called VAT - that is what happens when VAT is called.

Unfortunate, too, because that phone was by unicorn (reference to Gone in 60 Seconds). Oh well, it's been an amazing adventure and as Jules said the commaradie has been awesome! I'm more of a lurker, but his season and stretch really had me engaged. Got ahead financially, got some Christmas gifts, and the best part of all is that I met some incredible people along the way both on here and on Craigslist. Yes, Craigslist! Incredible, right?
I would try one more time next time the 64GB iPhone 6+ is available to you.

LMAO I just called Verizon to release another line and the guy goes, "I know you I've helped you before, yeah you're famous around here the guy that releases a lot of lines!"

I just want to be clear,is it still possible to AOL these UDP??

I want to add a space gray 6+ because I don't want a White/Silver phone.

This is for my personal use. Please help me out with this.
 
Looks like hole is patched... I just tried adding a line and went to choose data and 12gb was the end of the line, no more unlimited iPhone.

Surprised they fixed it...

I got the error from the beginning and that was right after I entered the last 4 of S.S.

Are you guys on the NW 700 Family Plan if not then that might be the issue

I'm on 1400 NW Family plan.... Have done 9 phones. This would be my 10th.

My errorcomes after entering the account password.
 
It's interesting... The guy that was going to take the line is a business. He told me he'd take very line I could get him in the next hour. Then maybe more later.

I thought that was odd.... Maybe he knew something was going to go down.
 
Brings a tear to my eye, was going to add a couple more lines after my account cooled off from all the activity.
 
I'm fortunate... I wanted to get another line ordered first before I released that one to him. I couldn't add a line, so I cancelled the AOL.

Lucked out on that one.

Bummed I couldn't get just one or two more. :(

What happens if you dial 611 from your phone?

I am going to pay my balance off and then deal with fraud tomorrow b/c I think they close at 8pm eastern. Do you know if they are open on a Saturday?

611 works. Fraud is not very helpful - it's hit or miss if you get a rep that knows what they are doing. My wife managed to get CORe to call Fraud today, and they fixed whatever was going on with our account. They cleared applications, etc. Just had a successful pickup after an analysist review - the dream is still alive! :D

I think that is what we all like to think but the reality is that very few of us could stop ourselves as long as the opportunity continued to exist, lol!

I can't get through to a regular rep using 611 - guess I will try again even though the loophole is closed for me b/c I do want to get my account in order.
 
Just got this Idiot that bought a Mifi plan. He calls up Verizon asking for a jet pack, Verizon tells him i scammed him now he wants his money back. Stupid mother effer
