Well, it was fun while it lasted. It was open 2 months! I wonder if Verizon had a scheduled server maintenance (maybe to prepare for the holidays) that made both closing the AOL window and the loophole possible in rapid succession.
 
Looks like hole is patched... I just tried adding a line and went to choose data and 12gb was the end of the line, no more unlimited iPhone.

Surprised they fixed it...

Anybody gone into the store to try adding a line the old fashion way, and see what options are given?
 
Two days ago I tried... UDP was gone for me. I had previously had it.

Well, I don't think this is related. It's been working just fine in the store for me and many others still, as close as this morning I've added lines in the store.

Curious if anybody has done it. Maybe we'll have a guinea pig tomorrow.

My wife and I re-upped our accounts (almost) and now UDP via Apple is gone?? I just needed ONE more line to make it 9 for me today!!! LMAO. She beats me

head to the apple store now and try it! obviously not online but try it in the store let us know!
 
This is what came up on lyngo's easy pay when doing the transaction.

Anybody else ever seen this? I was under the impression that calling CORe was always okay.

Interesting so the online order goes through but when you are activating at the Apple store you get this "halted" error ?
 
Damnit, I'm getting the error message too. I AOled my last 2 two days ago, but didn't keep one for myself. Damn you apple. It was fun while it lasted.

totten just ordered online 2 hours ago and now the option is gone for him.
 
so the gig was ending around the 13th but AOL wasn't the "real" problem turns out they were fixing the whole thing dang nabbitt
