Good luck with Sprint. I believed all their network improvement nonsense. Hahaha they are such liars. I live in a city with at least 250k people and calls cut in and out, calls dropped, data is horribly slow (even on "LTE"). Sprint really needs to get their act together because their network SUCKS

I was with Sprint before went over to Verizon. I do see big improvement in California but still compare to Verizon.

I personally agree that sprint network is bad but in couple spots is really great.

They wouldn't take that route because they would lose a lot of customers and those customers can go to competitors.
They wouldn't take that route but it is b/c of the subsidy - they want it back and the only way to get it back is for the line to stay open for a couple of years.

If Verizon does anything it will be to drop the UDP on those lines at the end of the 2 year contract.

Maybe in two years verizon will have more competition and be forced to over unlimited data. Sprint and tmobile are upgrading their network and especially tmobile is pushing pressure on att network which in turn pressures verizon

you won how?

Told ebay I gave the buyer exactly what was described, what he did to it after he took over the line was of his own doing.Informed ebay that the buyer had to sign a contract with Verizon in order to take over the line. The contract explains the agreement. Only if the buyer agrees to the terms will the line be transferred over. So he signed it. I also mentioned that I can provide all the paperwork associated with the transfer.

I would have gone ahead and provided it with your response. For future reference, don't hold back anything in your first response. Give them every bit of documentation you have from the get go.

And if PayPal gives you a hard time just mention that this was a digital transfer, those are not covered by pay pals protection plan.

Jules, you get your Nexus yet? :)
I'm negotiating a trade now, iPhone 6 64GB for Nexus 6 32GB. I wanted the 64GB but they are impossible to find.

So. Are people still doing UDP? And if so, how can I get one started (if I was to buy from someone, not a vz member) & what are the steps?

The window to create a new UDP has been closed, but you can still assume liability for an existing one. The downside is that sellers are demanding fees now. 2 weeks ago you could get one for free.

So when you say existing one, I don't mind paying for the "fee" I see them up on ebay but I wanted to know what I should be? A verizon customer? having a vz sim? What is it? And what are the steps?

2 weeks ago you could get paid for taking a line. Ahem guilty

Doesn't matter. Just make sure you have a Verizon device that you can add to the line. Go to Swappa and get an iPhone 5 or above, or an equivalent Android with LTE. That way you get a SIM that you can put in the device of your choosing.

Does anyone know what verizon looks at when you ask to move up your upgrade date a few weeks? They said it takes 24hrs for them to decide if they will do it.
