When you go into the Apple Store, and tell them you want to buy a phone, everything is completed on the employees easy pay. You go through all of the same stuff you would when adding a line on apple.com

Well I have an appointment booked for 3:30pm tomorrow afternoon. If it doesn't work I can just wait until the 23rd, see what happens and then put it on the truck back to them if I still have a brick.

The shiny 6+ called out to me and i was like screw it i'll pay for the deposit. AOL'd two lines so the total was back down to 4 total... Trying to add a 5th but Apple.com still asking for deposit.

How do you go about getting 10 lines at once. As for the sub account, do you just call and ask for one of your udp to be moved to the sub account?
 
Quick question on AOL. If i add a line and aol the line (assuming the line was added and transferred in the same billing cycle), will i be charged the monthly fee for the line from date line opened to date aol'd or billing cycle end date?

This.

Suspend it without billing after activating and no charge except activation fee and 1 day fee.

What error are you getting in the apple store? Is this online store or in-store? What is your line situation?

Question about udp lines. Can I add the hotspot feature and not lose the udp? If so can I add and remove too?
 
Had a weird experience yesterday. Called AOLed a line, person taking it over calls in a bit later and they say it needs to be authorized to be moved. Call back in and reauthorize it, have them call the guy while on the phone. Disconnect once they start doing the credit stuff. He doesn't get an email with the terms and to AOL, calls back in. They tell him the owner needs to call back in an authorize. Call back in the third time, they say they see the notes saying he was authorized, they called him, etc. The rep apparently sent the line to someone else!?

So now person taking over spends 30 mins on customer service with no success. They're going to call back in this morning. What a cluster!
 
So I have read that people are having issues activating with the add a line UDP method from apple and shipping to home. Should I cancel the order and try to do one for in store pickup ? I have two existing UDP lines that I can get a sim to activate the phone on. Then I could swap the one it shipped with? What should I do?

If you have an Apple Store, in store pickup is quickest and easiest

I've only limited experience with AOL.
More than 70% of the time, they were smooth as it can be.

One of them, the person accept the aol, called me three time, spent more than an hour on the phone with AOL dept in span of multiple calls. He was told that I had to accept the term with my "my verzion." which made no sense to me. At the end, had to do a three way call for him, to get everything squared away. I believe verizon has multiple call centers, so it may be luck of the draw. YMMV.
 
My local stores went from having a bunch of 6+s in multiple storage and 6s with multiple storage to totally sold out. There has been no new stock anywhere around either. Similar around you guys?
