51:14 minutes on hold, small beeping in the background during the AT&T bumper.. Although no disconnections yet.

Premier cannot even load the error page correctly.. *fail*

You know, I'm getting random usernames from other peoples sessions..

That seems bad.

I've seen, ciscoiphone, ljohnston5tcm, and other usernames on each login attempt...

Followed by an invalid login message.. Sessions are getting confused in the JSP engine they are using..

LOL..
 
I've had the same thing happen with the random usernames. Premier is by FAR the worst online account management site ever designed.
 
I just cant believe this is happening again. Year after year. Each year I keep telling myself that AT&T will fix this. There is no way that this can happen next year. Here we go again.

I cant order from the Apple site because I have a business account (premier), and I cant order from the Premier site because it sucks. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET THESE PEOPLE TO TAKE MY MONEY!!! I think I am actually laughing and crying at the same time.

I am contemplating taking my business account to another wireless provider because AT&T's Premier customer service blows and the Premier website is confusing as hell!!!

I wonder if Sprint or Verizon is having the same business account issues?
 
The site was letting me in a bunch of times but would get stuck. Now the site wont let me in at all. I wonder if they are finally updating the site to take orders

This has been happening all night...you would think they would have upgraded their servers... knowing full well that every year its an issue...apple's site was quick and easy for everything,, just too bad i can't add a line using it..upgraded my wifes phone(which I should have just used as my upgrade and ordered hers later but ... it was 3am and i was half asleep)
 
I have a feeling even if we do get in soon, we will have missed the first round of pre-orders.

I'm worried about this too. This is terrible. I want to give them my money, but apparently they don't want it.

at least its not even 2am where you are...its almost 5 here and i got an hour of sleep.. and i technically need to be up in an hour and a half...i'm screwed

Ive barely been sleeping all week. Ill just wait next week / 2 weeks. Whatever. Ridiculous.
 
Premier site worked fine for me and it was 3rd option..

APPLE site said I had no account..

Att regular site was so hammered I couldnt get past add a line.

Do any of you guys know if a customer with a Premier account could purchase a phone in-person next Friday at an Apple Store?

The worst part is that Account Manager, Business Direct, and normal AT&T work just fine...

doesn't att usually allocate a certain amount to premier ...and if no one is able to order them..they should still be there right?

They may.. I think I remember something about this with the iPhone 4.
 
Stuck in same hellish boat. Premiere corp account. Pres and COO want iPhone 5 upgrades. Bonus, I get to upgrade mine to.

Well... if I could manage to get in.

Site came up just as rep answered at 3:40ish my time, and told me phone preorders weren't until 8AM, and if I had premiere website access, to use that.

Site has only gotten to the login screen a couple times, and every time it did, it refused to take my login (that I had used at 11:53 PST with no trouble at all.)

I did just fine with my 4S. But I am the account owner (i.e. I own and control all phones under the account). My employees cannot just go to the apple store and upgrade etc....

I had problems lol APPLe site kept saying I didnt have an account and normal ATT site kept timing me ot at add a line.

1st try on premier I got thru right when I was about to give up

The site has been garabge for at least 30 min.. I wanted to check status from confimration and I just get site is under heavy load, etc or something liek that.
 
Thanks for the responses. Maybe trying to go to an ATT store in-person on Friday instead of the Apple Store would be better?

I tried last year and was turned down after waiting 7 hours through the night.
That is horrifying.
