I was told yesterday that i can merge the line into my account...but who knows.. a lot of misinformation out there
 
I put my order in through the AT&T Premier site at about 7:45am PST... I still got the confirmation email that says "as soon as September 21st" like everyone else. This sucks. The wording really makes it sound like... "you COULD receive it by the 21st" with the underlying "but that's not too likely" looming.

Can you link the Premier store page the for iphone? It wont even show up for me.
 
Had the same issue. Ended up being on the phone a total of about 2 hours with Premier support only to be hung up on. Went to the local AT&T store and got mine ordered finally (2-3 week delivery time).

Well, with the risk of sounding gullible, I'm still holding out hope that these are correct and the carriers just had a decent amount of stock. Also, my AT&T account manager told me that the wording usually means I should have the phone on the 21st.

Thank you.... alright..it was a much easier ordering process as a new customer... its almost as if they want to screw over current customers
 
I ordered on Apple.com with 2 different Premier accounts without a problem.

Depends on your business account. I am not so lucky.

Mystikal, I'm having the same problem. iPhone 5 doesn't even appear in my companies premier store, but my friend at another company had no problem. Mine is giving an error just when entering the e-mail address...only reason I was able to get through to my companies premier site is because the AT&T site redirected me since I'm on my corporate network.

Typical ATT. I got screwed last year and waited 14 hours over two nights for the phone. They won't even let me give them my money. This is insane.

Pretty much, heh. I'm on Sprint and was going to switch to AT&T...bit cheaper for more data, but honestly it's tempting to just order this sucker from Verizon and deal with the higher cost. I'd stay on Sprint but here in Metro Detroit, the 3G is slower than freakin' dial-up and no sign of LTE in sight.

I suggest all of you who are having trouble ordering through the premiere site to call 800-331-0500.

I'm not sure how to get directly to the Premier store... I just logged into my AT&T account (how I pay my bill) and it immediately offered to check upgrade eligibility, then when I clicked next, I was in the Premier store.

Im on the phone now, its been 15 minutes. Ill give it 15 more then im giving up.

I like your optimism, and since I already sold my 4S to pay for the 5, I need your optimism. :eek:... therefore, I, too, am holding out hope that it will be on my doorstep on the 21st.
 
For those who are unable to see the iPhone as an option in the Premier store: this is a known issue with some accounts. I noticed this problem with my account earlier this week and called (866) 499-8008 to submit a support ticket. They had to have someone manually enable iPhone purchases for my account. It took about 12 hours, but iPhones starting showing as an option for me yesterday just before pre-orders began.

Ordered mine, it went through. They said it will ship on the 21st. I dont know if that means Ill get it then or a few days after...but whatever.

EDIT: Funnily enough, after the order went through, the call dropped.

DOUBLE EDIT: No charge on my card yet, no email, no order status on premier. Guess itll take time.

I see all iPhones. I even see the 5. But it asking me to the change the data plan to a new LTE plan. But there's no way to check out. I've called ATT and they really have no clue.
 
status: attention???

So I got my confirmation email through premier for my two phones.. and it has both my confirmation numbers there.. also a direct link where i could check the status of my orders.. both said "pending" all morning and had a button below that said "cancel order"... but now, my second order says "status: attention" and no longer has the "cancel order" button.. anybody else seeing this? status attention kind of makes me feel like i need to give them a call and find out whats up lol
 
Finally got my company rep to get AT&T premier care on the phone. She was finally able to place the order manually (our premier website is still unable to complete orders) but of course I'm now on the back order queue.

Sigh.
 
My Premier order status simply shows "Pending" with the option to cancel. How about everyone else?

I just tried to do another hypothetical pre-order through Premier to see what the estimated shipping time is. It is now quoting 14-21 business days. I'm hoping that means that those of us who were told "as early as September 21" will receive it on launch day.
