Guys they moved me to premier 6 months agin been the worst mistake if my life. Had to gets support ticket yesterday just for them to "install a button for the store on my account". Finally just got in and 2 phones added buy wtf where is the BUY NOW BUTTON? is this more freakin permissions BS ? Ugh omg you're killin me


The same thing happened to me last month, I noticed I didn't have the Premier store tab and then they added it. But now I cannot checkout, I am very frustrated. Who the **** maintains this site? If you are going to add the store tab, why not add the buy or make the checkout button work?

that "as early as Sept 21st" sounds a little wishy washy to me...
I got in through customer service about 5 minutes after i was able to place my order online.. they said they could not yet see my order or see my data plan change... kinda got me worried, and they offered to let me pay place the order again guaranteeing that i would still get it on sept 21st but i did not want to run the risk of getting charged twice and having to deal with that pain in the a$$ ...

Will just cross my fingers and hope that ATT didnt bungle up all our orders made online...

Are you premier because of a discount you get via your job? or are you an actual business account holder with ATT?

I'm having a very strange issue...

If I go through my employer and enter the premier site that way, it doesn't show the iPhone 5 listed at all on the page. Just 4 and 4S!

But if I go through my old university, it shows the 5. But the discount isn't as good that way...and they don't waive the activation fee (I'm a new customer).

Not sure if I should just go and place the order on the one that works and then figure it out, or wait and see if my employers updates. I don't understand why they'd be separate though! That's just weird to me.
 
I was getting the following message trying to complete my reservation for an additional line on FamilyTalk at Apple.com

We’re unable to complete your iPhone order at this time.

Based on the information you provided, you may have to pay a deposit before you can purchase an iPhone and establish an account with AT&T. You can pay this deposit and purchase an iPhone at an Apple Retail Store.

I tried going on the AT&T premier site instead and I was able to place an order no problem that will supposedly deliver 21st. I'm not holding my breath though.
 
I've been all over the permissions in the manager acct and set everything to ALLOW. Still no checkout button. I spent 1.5 hrs at an AT&T store yesterday and no one knew how to operate the site. Then why would he suggest switching me to business acct if he knew nothing about it?!? Ive had new iPhones on every preorder day from the beginning and I bet this is the first one I miss because premier shortcomings. So frustrated. Of course I have to be at work now and I'm too busy to deal with it or call anyone.

I get what you feel, I just want to explode right now, I'm frustrated as hell.
I suggest you call them and order by phone, I don't see how we can order the phones if we don't see a checkout button.

Everything went smoothly and my confirmation email says I should receive it "as early as September 21," whatever that means. My credit card has a $1.00 authorization hold on it. I will try calling later to confirm the details.

Were you able to see a checkout button after you selected your shipping method?
I am on the phone with the premier store cs and they are telling me that they cannot take orders on the phone. Ugh.

Well, they just issued a ticket number and the issue will be resolved within 24 hours. I wish they could have fixed this back in August when I noticed I didn't have access to my upgrades.
Hopefully you are able to get your order made through the chat, I will try another agent and see if I can make the order by phone.

actual business account holder, i am the primary account manager/holder.
 
After waiting 25 minutes on the phone, Premier Sales is now NOT taking orders and just writing down what you wish to order and saying that someone will call you back "in next couple of days."

How disappointing, I should have just gone to bed.
 
…just to clarify. They will NOT provide an Order # nor will they provide a Case/Ticket #for any orders today on their Premier Sales line for Small Businesses or Enterprise Customers. They will take your information (units wanted, email address, and your phone number) and NOT your credit card information.

They are "stacking orders" (that's what he said) and there are "over a thousand before you." Someone else will be entering the info into the computer in the order it was received. From these two statements, I can only guess that info was taken on paper. He couldn't tell me when the order would be entered into the computer.

He (his name is Victory - I swear) said that no one will receive immediate email confirmation. The units will be shipped 'in the order that your request was received'. (I got pissed when he said 'request'.) When I asked if that was after the 21st, he would not commit to any date.

I am ordering on the phone since I cannot do it on the Premier website. And he mentioned that there are 170 calls waiting. I was placed on hold twice during this 'supposed' order.

Wow.

I'm on the same boat. Hopefully whoever is in charge of maintaining this website has the time to add the checkout button where it is supposed to be.
 
Does anyone know if an order placed through the Apple website and connected to an ATT account with FAN discount will automatically get the FAN discount? Or am I going to have to be on the phone with ATT to figure this out?
 
dannelb, try pacing the order at apple.com and see if it lets you go through or if it says "This is a business account and you must order via Premier Sales."
 
Well, I did place an order last night and it went through, but Apple didn't recognize the discounts...

I'm trying to add two lines and then convert to a family plan, so I guess I'll need to end up talking to ATT either way...just wondering if anyone else has experience with this or not.
