This was my nephew's first Easter. I really wish I had been a bit more conscious of the basket handle in front of his face, and chopping off his fingers. Oh well, that's what practice is for. Live and learn
Thanks... It was taken at the Japanese Garden in the Brooklyn Botanic Garden in NYC..The cherry blossoms there are an ongoing thing that extends for several weeks in late April and early May. I got lucky in that I got there early and the garden wasn't crowded . Went back later in the week and the rainy weather had pretty much finished the blossoms on those trees.If you Google their website you can see what's in bloom on a day to day basis.
Just came back from Korea... (And for the record, I had my tripod, but it was buried in my luggage and in a bus far, far away. Lesson: bring tripods in your carryon.)

Can't remember the f-stop now, I think it was f/8 or so, before the TC. Shutter speed isn't displayed by that camera at all so I have no way of knowing
