I took this about a week ago, but I just got around to uploading it to my computer. Its a little underexposed IMO.

From yesterday. This plane turned back to the gate instead of departing on its first attempt (I suspect medical emergency), then departed later when it was raining lightly.

1/100sec, F/8.0, ISO160, 290mm. Used 52mm ND filter.

I know the problem of finding enough chairs for Christmas dinner. Your shot has an almost epic quality, like Moses coming down from the mountain with the ten commandments written on tablets of stone... except it’s an old(ish) geezer with a couple of chairs. Has he walked twenty metres or twenty miles? Either way, it looks like he has a valuable Christmas message to impart. Great pic!...

Would love feedback on my photos.

The composition and bokeh are great but the lighting is a little uninspiring. Now, if this had some golden hour light on it, I think it would be a very nice simple and clean photo.

Merry Christmas to everyone. I had a few family pictures from our celebration, but I thought I would share this one. It's my nephew with his new toy. Ever since he was born we joked around that he resembled Yoda with his ears that stick out, so my brother (his other uncle) got his this Yoda doll for christmas. We got him to pose with it so that you can see the similarities. :D

Mum's doggie

Playing with my NEX-3... still trying to decide if it's the right camera for me. Feedback is greatly appreciated

All the hotel lobbies are decorated quite nicely in downtown San Francisco- This was shot quickly while walking out of the Palace Hotel, one of the oldest in the city. Hope everyone was able to spend some quality time with friends and family-
