This dog kept getting in the way while i was trying to take a long exposure of the sea. He wanted his picture taken. I had to take the filter off, take his picture and put the filter back on. Then he just kept messing about in front of the camera. So, I went home.

Like the photo. "This dog", looks like a Springer to me. Great dogs. Course all dogs are great IMHO

Love that Seagull shot. I watched a magpie the other day raiding someones bag, well, attempting to until it was quickly cleared away by the astonished owner of the bag. It was a bit too far for me to get a clear shot of it though.

The same magpie (and its partner) are quite fearless - they walk around you and look up at you, waiting to see if you'll give them food.

Now - some weather effects:

1/30sec, 310mm, ISO100
Nikon D3S, AF-S VR Zoom-Nikkor 200-400mm F/4.0G IF-ED + 8x ND Filter (52mm drop in filter).



A330 and A340 Airbus always get those ribbon like vortices coming off the winglets. It can be pretty eye catching at times if the weather conditions are right.
