Love that Seagull shot. I watched a magpie the other day raiding someones bag, well, attempting to until it was quickly cleared away by the astonished owner of the bag.It was a bit too far for me to get a clear shot of it though.
The same magpie (and its partner) are quite fearless - they walk around you and look up at you, waiting to see if you'll give them food.
Now - some weather effects:

A330 and A340 Airbus always get those ribbon like vortices coming off the winglets. It can be pretty eye catching at times if the weather conditions are right.
Ooh, I like how you caught the vortices and the heat exhaust! Wonderful picture!

I was given a 100mm f2.8 Macro lens for christmas, and immediately went to using it!

My first post for this month. It's a really difficult job getting hold of barbie before she's completely dishevelled. Once the hair gets all matted they're kind of like mops with feet. I could cut it all off and go for the Alien 3 look but I really wouldn't make myself popular at all....

Not exactly an artsy one or a particularly good photo full stop but I would like to put it up somewhere on line just in case the computers blows up and I drop the backup in a puddle.
