Photo Stream iPhone Icon Hints at the iPhone 5 Design

This seems a little bit like clutching at straws. Icloud is still Dev stage. This could just be a marker icon that will change when it's released for general consumption.

Just wanted to quote u first. And even though this icon means nothing, it's just so damn promising. With or without this icon leak, I still would bet the house iPhone 5 will have a bigger screen.

I've been waiting 6 months for some actual credible rumours about the iPhone 5... This is very promising. :apple:

Polished metal tends to look like brushed metal when it is blurry, out of focus, and in motion.

It's clearly a current generation iPod Touch.

thisismynext.com would get some great credibility boost if this is really it. Josh and them showed this one way back.

(Don't know what happened to my post, but here's what I said)

I'm not disagreeing but I ask, why would they need to use a generic iPhone now? Why not just use a 3GS or an iP4? That's why I'm thinking twice about this, Apple knows how to play the publicity game & I think this was their first move.

Officially excited. Oh and I too hope white release on launch! I was one of those who *had* to pick up the black one after awhile.

For the past several months, there have been a lot of Front Page articles that really should have been on the iOS/Mac Blog instead.

This is the first iOS Blog article that I've read that I thought really should be Front Page material. And so it is.

I find this credible.
 
regardless the diagram "iPhone5" is not going to be the one

The top and bottom bezels of the diagram iPhone 5 on this rumor story are not equal or proportional in size. Any designer knows that this is an amateur mistake. It is hard on the eyes (not just humans) to see things that are not symmetrical. Design above all else is what makes the iPhone stand above the rest, and I will assure you that the asymmetrical bezels will not be on the iPhone 5.

I was wondering the same thing.

Maybe the public version of the picture will have it? Regardless, this is interesting.

Looks pretty symmetrical to me.

It could also be that apple sees all the BS mock ups websites like this are doing of their assumed iphone 5 design and made a fake icon as a joke which is currently holding the place till they update it with the real image

But im still looking for the grassy knoll shooter as well...:confused:
