Atlanta. But the CC is in a really shady part outside the city. that's what makes me nervous. I just checked My Choice and it does show I'll be picking it up. Waiting until 5 or 6pm for UPS to deliver bites!
Yea I couldn't bring myself to wait they're usually later in the day here in Jersey too, but at least you're still getting it tomorrow A LOT of people will be without one or even having a chance at one
 
Anyone else have an "Exception" and "Message from your shipper" in your UPS app? I have no idea what either of them are, and when I click on them I can't see the message.

Yea I know. Not bragging or anything. I thought about going to the store too and try my luck on a jet black but I don't wanna be up all night again. Plus I have plans tomorrow evening and the later it comes, it would screw up my plans. By the time i sync and update my watch, it would be 10pm!

Yup, I got a bunch of these and they all related to me trying to get the package delivered to a UPS Store. Maybe it's an AT&T issue, but some stores would not take delivery. It also changed the delivery date to Monday so I ultimately gave up and now have it being held at a UPS Customer Center. You can call UPS at 800-742-5877.

Just got this from UPS. I hope they don't try to deliver it.

Are you sure you changed it to the hub and not the local UPS store? If you changed it to the hub, it would say "hold for pickup." If you changed it to a UPS store, it would indicate that the package is being delivered to another UPS location. If it is the hub, then it would seem impossible for the date to move unless there is something wrong with the order in general.

I chose UPS CC. It now shows 9/16 when I go through the process again and choose the same location. I'm going to assume it was an error and cross my fingers that it'll be there tomorrow morning at 8 am.
 
I did too and when I go check the status it shows it will be held for pickup.

I know this because I first had it going to a retail location, but after getting a bunch of exceptions and having delivery pushed to Monday, I switched it to the customer center.

But the location I changed it to is actually a CC, it even says it on the name of it.

I'm getting worried. :-/
 
Thieves will be out in force. In nearby towns thieves have been caught following FedEx and ups in the past on launch day for iPhones and stealing them off porches of people who leave notes and or sign online.
 
I think it only shows an exception if it's being delivered to a retail store. After I switched it to the CC, it no longer even appeared in the calendar. If I go to tracking, it shows delivery change requested Hold for Pickup.
 
The retail stores are an exception because you are sending it someplace it wasn't going to naturally go. Sending it to a CC is just stopping it one step before it got to it's final destination.

Actually the difference is when I check on a web browser is says "Hold for pickup".

But that is when I check on an iPhone. You may be right that it still says hold for pickup if I check on a browser.
 
Anyone had any luck with changing shipping address with Sprint? I tried to change it via UPS so that they would hold it at a local UPS Customer Center for pick up, but Sprint has put a restriction on the shipments.
 
I have mine on "Hold for Pickup" on the tracking site. On UPS My Choice it's on "Pick Up at UPS Location". However, I got a delivery confirmation email. Not gonna sweat it much, I'm sure they have to scan and separate them once they arrive at the CC.
I wouldn't freak out (yet).

AT&T also restricts switching an address but allows a hold at a UPS location. If it's grayed out when you're in UPS My Choice, then you may want to call UPS

It's not seeming like Sprint allows even for a hold. I spoke with UPS via live chat and he said unfortunately he could not do it. Do you think I would have better luck calling? Maybe just that guy didn't know how to do it haha
