Email responses are slowed, but will be read and responded to. If you requested a change, it will be made before shipping (even if you don't receive confirmation) or we'll make it right.
Yes, I am the owner of Portenzo, and yes, I agree that getting a timely email response is not too much to ask. We are doing the best we can at the moment and will definitely get back to our standard of super fast email response. I could throw a bunch of temp workers on email support, but I prefer to stick with people who actually DO our work to communicate with our clients.

FYI: Credit Cards are not charged until within 24 hours of shipping, PayPal orders are automatically charged by PayPal upon ordering.
Progress on the Twenty Three And A Half poll: Very, very interesting answers and postulations. There are still unread answers, but so far, not the right one... Think about something a little more personal, you can't Google the answer and it does not represent anything tangent or factual. Hope that helps.
