Possibility of Arrival Before the 19th

Strange, I ordered on Jun 8th evening. Downtown manhattan. Still not yet shipped.
that may not be a good idea...boygenius has reports that if you order now you wont get it for another two weeks
that is att. I ordered yesterday and still have mine prepared to ship. You can always add it to cart and see when the delivery would be

Just to note, if it says prepared to ship, you can no longer cancel it. It's stuck.
Seriously, I wouldn't worry about it everyone. They are probably on a rush to complete as many packages as they possibly can, they will get everyone's finished. I am sure they don't update one by one either, they probably throw the prepared ones on a list and then after a thousand or so, update the site. I seriously wouldn't worry about it.
And don't cancel your orders, at this point, most orders after today probably won't be fulfilled by the 17th, meaning you won't receive it the 19th.

I tried to order another one on the same line without canceling my current order and it wouldn't let me so that's a no go lol.
So I know this probably isn't right right place to ask the question but did everyone who ordered already get billed? I thought I did but money got cleared on my account.

You know what, I bet you that I'm not on "Prepared for Shipment" yet because the distributor from the Apple's online store is right by my house. Everything I ever order (assuming it's before the cutoff time for the day) gets there the next day, even on standard shipping.

just a question i've seen a couple of you have "no voice plan" how did u do this? i didnt see that option are you already a customer?
Quick Note on Canceling
If you cancel your order at Apple, and try to place another order your AT&T line will be flagged as not eligible for an upgrade.
This is because AT&T puts a hold on your upgrade. You have to call the Apple Store. From there, they have to reestablish your old order and place a new item on your order. This has to be done by a Tier 2 (or supervisor) CSR.
I cancelled this morning thinking I could quickly place a new order for a 32GB (instead of a 16GB), and had to go through this entire process.

Reality is you have a reciept from AT&T saying that you pre-ordered a phone to pick up Friday so to be honest I don't give a squat what the online status says as I will be walking in with the 7am line and giving them my reciept and walking out with my new phone. I want to see someone from AT&T tell me I can't have one when I have a receipt for the sale (pre-authorization). At worst they will have to take one of the non-preordered phones and give them to you. Don't sweat it if you preordered you'll get your phone Friday one way or another.

Ok this is really pissing me off..I ordered Tuesday night: white 16gb and I still see not yet shipped..I mean it still says delivered by 6-19 but I'm really getting worried seeing you alls order status' getting updated!!..owell
