I'm new here, but I thought I'd share. My FedEx tracking number is still showing in transit in Nashville. I had been scheduled for delivery by 4:30 PM on Friday to a business address in south Florida. This changed today to delivery by 10:00 PM. Since I'm having it shipped to work, no one will be there after hours to sign for it, so I called FedEx to check. The rep I spoke with said that her system showed delivery by 3:00 PM, and she said that they will not be delivering as late as 10:00 PM. She was unable (or possibly unwilling--I got the feeling I was far from her first iPad-related call) to reroute the package either to a FedEx facility for pick-up or to an alternate address. She said that I could use those options if they are available through the website, but she could not make those changes. I've checked, and so far, the website does not give me the option to change the delivery address.
