What your UPS day of delivery is ? 1st too?Just had my dispatch email!
Original delivery date of 7-9 August is now showing as 1 August
Got mine this morning. So far love it, though still installing and copying my stuff over (went for a clean install).

Mine is showing the 2nd and Apple is not sure which one is right. I may change it to a delivery in a store location, but unsure if it will reschedule the delivery date or not...
Did you pay for expedited shipping? I ordered my BTO 15" expedited to the US via FedEx on the 20th. It was expected July 27-Aug 1. I received it yesterday, July 26. So, for me, it took less than a week. Good luck!

Good news! Laptop is on the delivery truck and making its way to the UPS Store that I chose. I am going have to this baby tonight for sure! Awesome.
For some weird reason, the laptop had to be transported from SJ > South SF > Sunnyvale, before finally being put on a truck bound to the UPS store that I selected. I don't understand why they didn't just cut out South SF from the route and go directly SJ > Sunnyvale, a lot simpler.
I would love to know the answer to this question just for curiosity's sake.
Anyway, the basically arrived on time so I can't fault either UPS/Apple. It was an interesting experience for this last week or so waiting for my 1st MBP! Thanks for helping me pass the time and stay tuned for additional posts with benchmarks from my new MBP, Gaming PC (X99 build), and my older laptop that I am replacing with this new MBP.

Ok so UPS and Apple are totally unaware of what they are doing...
I asked to change my delivery to a store location (not a UPS facility, just some shop accepting packages in exchange for a few bucks every package)
They offered 3 around my place, I chose one and asked them to check if they were open since it's summer season. I was right since this one was closing...
Next one, the call was interrupted (bad receiption on my side while driving by car) so I called back and was assured this shop was open.
But I double checked by calling the shop myself and asking for there opening ours. And they told me they don't receive anymore packages since they are off in August...
So had to call back, changed back to my home address hoping all this mess will not reschedule my delivery date.
Also called UPS, but they were of no help confirming the double address change was ok, so I will have to confirm everything Monday... so great...
So for anyone in France, do not trust Apple for store locations... and if possible do not change your address delivery since after that there is no way to check it online... I was told this may not be updated on the UPS tracking and I have to call to be sure.
Would love Apple to go back to TNT, they were much more reliable. Plus they call the person few minutes before coming to your place, which is much better then UPS who doesn't call whatever happens.
Anyway... we'll check on Monday and see if my UPS tracking updates during the week-end. Still at exportation scab so far.
Ordered mine on 18th custom config (15” base with 512gb storage and eng int. keyboard) and it arrived today. Initial estimate by Apple was 3rd-7th Aug, which then changed to 1st (seemingly when it left the factory) but as I said then arrived today.
Took a while for things to show up in the DHL tracking, but the status on the Apple tracking site would change. DHL stated tracking yesterday.
Hope you get yours soon.

If you look at previous posts you will see people generally get a delivery date advanced by 5-6 days. For a delivery in AS, they update the date as soon as it is dispatched
It's here! Awesome! Have to pick it up obviously, it will happen later today not right now. Oh well. Good experience overall, I have to say. No real disruptions or unfortunate circumstances that delayed my shipment. Thank god!

Ordered on a Wednesday, and it turned up with a DHL tracking number on the next Monday. Though nothing showed up on the DHL site until yesterday.
Apparently theres some sort of authorization issue. The store near me does not have it in stock, so I cannot cancel and go pick one up yet.
Here's hoping this is sorted by Monday.
These are the results from Geekbench and Cinebench on my new MBP. I also tried running Blackmagic's disk speed test, but it wouldn't open when I launched it from the Mac App Store. Weird.

Departure scan finally
Considering the timing and using flightaware.com , it seems like there is only one flight that goes from Shanghai to Paris today (considering it would be a direct flight) and it will arrive this afternoon in Paris.
So I'll see if anything gets updated tonight ! I believe I can reasonably hope for a delivery the 1st instead of the 2nd as UPS scheduled so far
