Oh and Vision Pro doesn’t hold up well for any daily use. The laminated glass gets bump so easily. The light seal’s fabric deforms after a few days of use. The solo band also doesn’t hold up to its shape well
I use mine every day for work and play. Get a face shield…you don’t use an iPhone without a case, do you? My light seal is fine and like I mentioned, it’s getting heavy use. The solo knit band is awesome, but anyone who knows anything about headsets knows you need the dual-band….I wish it was a hybrid of the two. The solo band is really just for guest mode.

So many people likely bought this for the immediate clout and happened to “find something they dislike” about it to justify returning something they couldn’t afford in the first place.

Most people probably don’t know they can return it or the last day to return it.
You think Apple will email this deadline?

Watching the Apple Refurbished store.

Returned mine but the Solo Knit Band was so comfortable that I ordered one to use with my Quest 3. There are 3D printed adapters you can print that work perfectly.

So Apple didn't get $3499 from me this round but they did get $99 and I'll be back when the next version comes out to try it again.
Apple will be confused when they notice they are selling five times as many Solo Knit Bands than AVPs.

Thats the reason I want one... Im really hoping they come out with a version thats more for consumption of media only... then they could reduce the retail price too, I hope....

well I live in hope... I feel it would be a natural pairing for a future Apple TV model.

I think that’s what the Vision Pro should’ve been honestly , only a media device

I personally know someone who returned his. I asked him why and he said it wasn’t what he expected. He didn’t go into details.

I imagine people bought it with high hopes but using it for anything but a toy is inefficient and cumbersome compared to using a legacy device. Then they get around to asking themselves if they’d use it enough to justify the price and their conclusion is no.

Many negatives: cost, discomfort, reported health issues, lack of application/utility.

I'm wondering about who will buy these again at half the price. Certainly these will move if the price is right. At around $1900 something like this would be perhaps a hot item. Who knows,
