RESERVE online PICKUP IN Apple STORE currently live and working

I truly wish they would stop selling phones at full price to everyone. It would help eliminate the scalpers for sure.

Now with this tool, I can picture those guys sitting and refreshing all day and picking up whatever they see.
 
They can't buy up all the phones since only a small percentage of people are willing to pay a premium

Like the iPad 3 launch. Plenty of stock and all the resellers had to return them
 
Looks like I have to miss my iPhone today due to my stupidity. :(

Anyway, it seems 11-11:15am and 3-3:15pm is the time when stock gets added. I don't think they will add any stock now for today.
 
Slight clue. When do FedX and UPS make there deliveries to those stores . You know that your odds are much better. For commercial stores it's usually the same times as well daily.

There was new stock added today at 5PM EST, however there was a partial stock update this morning as well (ATT phones are all that I saw then). This is for the NYC area.

T-Mobile 5S models are pure fiction here, though. Yesterday and today I saw the SoHo store get some in stock, only for it to be sold out in seconds. I'm in front of a computer for most of the day, so I refresh quite a lot.

Today at 5PM: SoHo store turned green as I was refreshing the button. I click to the Apple store since I have a cart open in another tab, ready to go. By the time I got to the "process order" button, literally no more than 6 or 7 seconds later, it was gone. Same story yesterday.

Out of curiousity, what state and store did you get it from? And what time did you check? Have not found a single gold here in California for Verizon..

Why did you call the store?:confused: Buy it online,make an appointment and pick it up.If it is available online,it is in stock.It's not like Best Buy & Walmart.

How are you guys getting device only? There was literally 10 people in Apple Ridge Hill and ton of stock for every carrier except T-Mobile, and they still refused to sell me a Verizon phone device only.

Apple stores are retarded here in NYC.

I saw that there were available for pick up, went to the store and asked for the manager... Just changed a few words, and he sold me DEVICE ONLY.

Im using this website http://iphone-check.herokuapp.com/ to check if they have available. If you use Google Chrome, theres an extensions that BEEPS you when something changes...

Good luck in your hunting for an UNLOCKED iphone.

I saw them in the NYC area stores for longer than that.

My local tmobile store in Seattle got the space grey in 16,32, and 64gb today, after calling every tmobile store in my area for the past week everyday it payed off when my local store got the space gray in all sizes. ( I picked up the 16)
 
I got lucky (Columbia, MD Apple Store)

After debating between the gold and space gray, I went conservative and decided on the space gray. Amazingly, there was one Apple Store near me (Columbia, MD) that had the size I wanted (64GB AT&T) in stock late last night and through noon today, so I ordered the upgrade and made the 40 minute drive. (It's not an option to have Apple or AT&T mail the phone to my billing address, because nobody will be home to sign for it.) I guess I got one of the last ones in the DC area, at least at an Apple Store (although plenty of 16GB phones available). I was ready to wait a month before trying to find one in stock locally.

Interestingly, iOS 7 doesn't seem that much faster on the 5S compared to my 4S. The Touch ID feature is very nice, however. Am on the fence about the Apple Leather case.
 
Is it me or is the iPhone-Check website not very accurate? In the bay area it shows a few iPhones for various models are in stock but apples website says differently. Is this just a bay area thing or is this for everyone?
 
many are updating in southern cali, i missed getting 4 different gold 32gbs :(, was at the processing and then it says unavailable at the selected store, sigh...ill keep trying.

i think sometimes it glitches or something, because for a while now it has been showing two stores in my area showing gold 32s but on apples site they are sold out
 
Seems like Hawaii never gets any Gold models in for any carrier. Always have 16GB/64GB in Space Gray in stock.
 
Hi guys,

My family and I are traveling from Sweden to NY next week for a short vacation, and my uncle must get a new iPhone 5S, as his iPhone 5 is on its last legs. However, the iPhone 5S must be purchased unlocked, so that he's able to use it back in Sweden with his carrier.

I've tried using the "Pick-Up in Store" option for the T-Mobile, Sim-free iPhone 5S, but it says "Unavailable for Pick-up" no matter what color or storage size I choose. Have the Apple Stores perhaps made a deal with the carriers not to sell any phones unlocked during the first month of sales? Is it possible to get a AT&T/Verizon/Sprint phone, without signing up for a contract? Or are there any other stores which sells the iPhone 5S unlocked near 5th Avenue?

Thanks in advance - any help is greatly appreciated! :)

I used it yesterday afternoon to pickup a 64gb gold on verizon from the Annapolis Apple store.
