The Playproof overall is a bit slimmer, but the UAG might be a hair thicker at its thinnest point, if that makes sense. The top and bottom of the UAG is bigger because they have more TPU (or whatever it is) there, but it tapers off once you get to the body of the phone. The only other difference may be the actual thickness of the back of it, which I don't think you can really tell when holding it anyway.
Hopefully that made some sort of sense.
In hand feel is similar though. The UAG is a little more blocky whereas the Playproof is rounded to match the phone. But a huge plus for the UAG is it has ridges on the sides which help with grip, and the pattern on the back of the case helps in holding the phone also. The Playproof being completely smooth means no texture which works against grip. That's my only gripe against it.
Not quite sure what you mean about testing, but I've reviewed the UAG cases in couple different colors:any youtube testing of uag case?
Ok. Just now got my 6s plus. Now I need the case asap. Thing feels weird with nothing. Plus the anxiety of going caseless is nuts but real.

YepHmm now that I have had my hands on a Thule x3, I really like it. That said, it's an industrial look for sure. The play proof is definitely more artistic.
they did just email me about an hour ago and are going to send me one free of charge since I sent them pictures. Hopefully the new one will be better. To their credit, they were very apologetic.
I like the Thule but like the Griffin Journey more. Same protection too. I probably won't use my PP for a bit due to the slickness, as the journey has been a pleasant surpriseAlso, not to get off track but how did you like the play proof compared to your Thule x3? I saw in a previous thread you had one.
The "slickness" has been playing with my head. I haven't wanted a case with the industrial look but saw the Thule in Target and tried it in the phone and it just feel solid. The sides bulge oddly, a little bit, but it feels real solid.
I still don't think you can beat 11.5' drop protection of the PP but this x3 does have nice grip.
+1 for the Journey! Love that case!!I like the Thule but like the Griffin Journey more. Same protection too. I probably won't use my PP for a bit due to the slickness, as the journey has been a pleasant surprise

True, it didn't quite work for me. It was an almost-fit, but it kept bubbling up in the one corner. You could smooth it away, but it would come back. However, it might work with a different version of the iPhone (I was using a 6s Plus) or it could be due to tiny variations with the PlayProof, the Cinder or the install itself. I have had viewers tell me that the PlayProof works fine with their 6s Plus, and the guys at Cupert Technology say it works on their 6s Pluses as well. So there it isWait, the tech reviewer said it doesn't work in her video.

I've had a number of people post the same thing on my YouTube video comments...All I can say is it definitely works well with my 6 plus, it's been on for a week or red no bubbling.
